This location was forced on me at the last moment by UHaul. I originally chose a pickup location near me and made other plans that depended on that location. Then I was informed at the last minute to go to a further away location. Why did you allow me to choose the original location if the equipment wasn't going to be available there ? The new location really screwed me up - not happy.

Lukas NThe overall experience with Uhaul, not the locations, but the whole company was a huge disappointment again. I had to fight to pickup the trailer near where I reserved it, i had to fight to drop it off where I reserved it. Obviously uhaul has major infrastructure issues that need to be fixed. Lying to customers is not acceptable.
