Your whole system was down, causing me to have to change pick up locations, which added extra mileage to my trip. Because of the inconvenience, the first location gave me a discount code to apply to counteract the extra mileage charges, and it was denied. Usually when I rent trucks, the cargo area is clean, but this truck wasn’t. It looked like it had been used to take a bunch of construction debris to the dumps and had a terrible smell as well.While this was an inconvenience, I’m grateful that there was a truck for me to rent.

Daniel FI got awesome assistance from the folks at the rental location. However, prior to that, I had a horrible time trying to navigate the order on your phone process. I was asked by the system to re-input information about three times. What a waste of my time and so unpleasant. I won't use the phone app in the future. I'll just call and talk to someone, which is what I ended up having to do anyways.
IVAN TThis location is by far the worst U-Haul location that I have rented from. We drove 19 miles total and were charged 65.00 for gas!!! Even though we put gas in the car. There is never anyone there!! They close at 3:00 pm. I will not be using this location ever again.
