I have been charged for a dolly that I rented but it was never included in the truck. I did not notice this until I got to the house to load. I am sure if the agency does an inventory of dollys they will see that they never gave me one!

The Uhaul website for returning the van would not process my location. The location was great in understanding. The van was not the cleanest and had it's oil change light on plus a low tire pressure light.

When I dropped off the U-Haul vehicle at the location specified, it was very close to my destination. The customer service representative was friendly and quite thorough. She inspected the vehicle and told me everything was good, which made my time there very minimal ......excellent service!

They charged me $ 10 for a Dolly that I never received. I was not in the truck. I indicated to the person who attended me at the store and told me that I would withdraw it from my bill. but I saw that they charged me.

I actually had a reservation at another store and they didn’t bother to let me know they didn’t have an operational truck . No apology had to ask them to find the scooter place . I wouldn’t go to the first store ever again

This place was great. I did the pre-check in and it sped up the process for sure. We came to this location because we wanted a van specifically and they had it all ready, including the half order of blankets that we needed for our furniture move. There is a gas station behind the location too so that made gassing up before returning the car easily. They are super friendly here and total pros. Would rent from them again :)

I was sent there by Hunters Creek Location, the Agent was really nice but she couldn’t answer questions or help me because she says she don’t know... she just sell scooter... I received the wrong size truck to move & go to Jacksonville.. end up costing me triple, I hate giving bad review but I reserved at hunters creek & the whole weekend turned into a total disaster... sweet lady though

I reserved a truck online to benefit from 0.79 cents deal and when I get to the store, the lady working in there changed to 0.99 cents per mile. She gave a truck with broken side mirror on the driver side and somehow I was overcharged for what supposed to be 10 mile may a 14 mile whole trip. I was charged 21 miles which does not make any fucking sense. Either your odometers are fraudulent or staff not being honest. Anyway not considering U-Haul anymore

We reserved a cargo van the night before and arrived on time to pick it up. The van we had reserved was not there, and they told us there was nothing they could do, we would have to pay more to use a larger truck. Not only did they not offer the $50 refund (we had to ask about it and then be shuffled around and told to come back a few days later), they charged us an extra $12 for their mistake.

This was absolutely the worst rental experience I have ever had. The two women who work at this location were absolutely unprofessional and not trained at all. I did the online check in and still waited over 45 min when going to get my keys. The woman helping me did not turn the key in from the night before even though the store was empty. She did not know her password for her computer and had to continually call her manager for support. The other woman working there watched netflix on her phone and did not help. I did not receive any of the extras I picked during my online check in. She asked me for all of the same info I had already put into the system (ie. license). Returning my truck was a bigger nightmare. I was charged for all of the extras that I picked out but never received. The woman helping me was not sure how to not charge me. She called the manager 3+ times to no avail. I was there for almost an hour. I received a VIP coupon after the disastrous rental I had. When I asked her to use it she said she was not sure where to put a coupon code. She told me to call the customer service line to get my money refunded. I Rented a 10 truck and went 34 miles. I was charged $187. This is absolutely disgusting. I have called the customer service line every day for 3 days. No one has been able to figure it out. I got the number for a man named Chris White and Have called him twice now. No answer. I am truly appalled at how this company is run and I will be expecting a full refund for the massive inconvenience and I will be leaving feedback everywhere I can.
