added and paid for a dolly as part of my U-Haul reservation, but when I picked up the truck, there was no dolly inside. I was still charged for the equipment, and the overall cost was already quite high. I am very disappointed that the dolly I paid for was not provided. I kindly request a refund for the dolly charge and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
