Recently, I rented a U-Haul truck that had an issue with the tire pressure monitoring sensors, along with multiple tires that were significantly over- or under-inflated. Because of these issues, I had to spend additional time getting the tire pressures checked and corrected, which caused me to exceed my allotted mileage and go beyond my scheduled timeframe. I was trying to stay within the agreed mileage and schedule, but the condition of the vehicle made that difficult. This vehicle needs to have its tire pressure sensors inspected and replaced as necessary. The tires also need to be properly inflated to the manufacturer-recommended PSI before the vehicle is rented to another customer. Proper tire pressure and functioning sensors are important for both safety and customer satisfaction. Overall, this situation caused unnecessary delays, additional mileage, and inconvenience that could have been avoided with proper vehicle inspection and maintenance.

Marcos CRequested a dolly and furniture pads, both missing from the truck
Christopher CI tried for about 30 minutes to upload the required photo from the front of the car through the app. It took a very long time for the app to accept it, and I had to refresh the application multiple times. Even though I rented a furniture dolly, it was not placed in the vehicle. When I called customer service, they told me that the office was closed at that hour and that there was nothing they could do. I explained that renting this vehicle makes no sense without the dolly, but they only offered to refund the dolly fee. In short, it was an unhelpful and poorly organized experience
