Requested a dolly and furniture pads, both missing from the truck
Christopher CI tried for about 30 minutes to upload the required photo from the front of the car through the app. It took a very long time for the app to accept it, and I had to refresh the application multiple times. Even though I rented a furniture dolly, it was not placed in the vehicle. When I called customer service, they told me that the office was closed at that hour and that there was nothing they could do. I explained that renting this vehicle makes no sense without the dolly, but they only offered to refund the dolly fee. In short, it was an unhelpful and poorly organized experience
Mertcan Oadded and paid for a dolly as part of my U-Haul reservation, but when I picked up the truck, there was no dolly inside. I was still charged for the equipment, and the overall cost was already quite high. I am very disappointed that the dolly I paid for was not provided. I kindly request a refund for the dolly charge and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
