They have to let them know that the trucks you have consume too much gasoline, and that you charge more than they say they are going to charge, I spent $300 on a 970-mile trip and I had to pay $917 and you charged me $950, I'm still waiting for my refund

Perdo ENot a bad location, the staff was friendly. However, this location needs some equipment. I wasn't able to get a dolly nor any packing/furniture mats which was a bummer. Also, the address needs to be updated in the system. The door number in the text I received for my reservation from UHAUL pointed to a company a few doors down and took me an extra 5-10 minutes to find the correct location. There were a few dents on the truck that weren't stickered as well.

Christopher OThe location I picked the U-Haul up from gave us no information about anything just gave us the keys to the U-Haul and sent us on our way we didn’t know that we only had 30 miles to use and I got stuck with a 200$ bill at the end of everything I was extremely disappointed in the experience I talked to customer service and the person I spoke to was extremely rude unhelpful and did not resolve my issue I am extremely disappointed in this company you made my moving experience terrible.

Candace R1st location caused a lot of stress because they didn’t honor my reservation. (3152 Vineland Road Kissimmee Fl. 34746) worst experience with uhaul. I had to spend another 4-5 hours trying to get a truck. They gave me the runaround before I talked to 4-5 people at scheduling and found a truck for the next morning. The people at the Oxford drive uhaul at the scooter doctor in Kissimmee Fl. Were very friendly. I still am not sure how it cost me $103 for 5 hours and 8 miles.
Earl FOK but was charged for fuel, even after I put gas in it, less than 1 mile from the return location. After proving that I put gas in it, I did get a refund of the gas money

Jonathon HEquipment ordered was not available and a refund was not given. I had to wait 1 1/2 hours after my reservation time to receive a truck. Also, the truck provider has ABSOLUTELY NO GAS after being told there was gas in the truck. They lie to you!

TERRY GThe Scooter location and personnel was fantastic, but I find it misleading that uhaul didnt ask me for a review of the WHOLE experience. So to be clear, Scooter Dr gets a 10/10 but Uhaul gets a 0/10. I made my reservation and couldnt easily change my reservation to be able to drop the uhaul off a different location first of all, and then, when i picked up the truck from the original location: Halal market, the front windshield was cracked and there were bumps and scratches that werent accounted for yet. So i called uhaul told them the situation AND THEN they sent me to Scooter Dr. Which, UHAUL didn't want to cover the additional 15 MILES due to THEIR OWN INCONVENIENCE, even considering the fact i paid for the insurance too. Very disappointed in Uhauls customer service, and will not be using their services ever again.
STEVEN LMy issue is not with the location as we did a mobile check out/in. Uhaul double charged us on the rental and then charged us for mileage that was already on the vehicle when we picked it up. $69+ overcharge. Now on hold for 25mins to try and get our money back. We will NEVER rent with Uhaul again. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Sally WI have been charged for a dolly that I rented but it was never included in the truck. I did not notice this until I got to the house to load. I am sure if the agency does an inventory of dollys they will see that they never gave me one!

Santiago MThe Uhaul website for returning the van would not process my location. The location was great in understanding. The van was not the cleanest and had it's oil change light on plus a low tire pressure light.

CARLOS RI actually had a reservation at another store and they didn’t bother to let me know they didn’t have an operational truck . No apology had to ask them to find the scooter place . I wouldn’t go to the first store ever again

We came to this location because we wanted a van specifically and they had it all ready, including the half order of blankets that we needed for our furniture move. There is a gas station behind the location too so that made gassing up before returning the car easily. They are super friendly here and total pros. Would rent from them again :)

Ira RI was sent there by Hunters Creek Location, the Agent was really nice but she couldn’t answer questions or help me because she says she don’t know... she just sell scooter... I received the wrong size truck to move & go to Jacksonville.. end up costing me triple, I hate giving bad review but I reserved at hunters creek & the whole weekend turned into a total disaster... sweet lady though
