brandon fI returned the vehicle after hours. The return process was way too lengthy, needing half a dozen photos. The location verification was very frustrating since I was in a remote area where it is difficult to get a signal. I had to walk around the facility twice to find a spot to let me proceed with the process. The process should be more streamlined. The facility has access to my contract. They can and will inspect the truck the next day. Many steps were unnecessary because of this.

Ron SNeeds to be an easier way to drop off when a business is closed. The online drop off verification process is frustrating and too complicated. This was the third time we dropped off at this location, and they were closed, it took three of us an hour trying to figure the process out.

Norma CThere are a number of issues with being a new location. First, the location should have had other UHAUL branded equipment for sale including boxes, tape, and other supplies. Second, there needs to be reliable and stable internet available to complete the transaction in a timely manner. Third, if you're going to set someone back time because of a mechanical issue, compensate monetarily (discount). An apology as a business practice is not something that will go far or allow for repeat business.
Michael DI had reserved on line, but the attendant couldn't find it and it had to be done over in person. It took awhile, seems like it should be more efficient since it had all been done ahead of time.
