brandon F.I returned the vehicle after hours. The return process was way too lengthy, needing half a dozen photos. The location verification was very frustrating since I was in a remote area where it is difficult to get a signal. I had to walk around the facility twice to find a spot to let me proceed with the process. The process should be more streamlined. The facility has access to my contract. They can and will inspect the truck the next day. Many steps were unnecessary because of this.
