Some of U Haul procedures are odd and awkward. Also not being able to pick my preferred location to drop off is irritating. The guys at 2500 Airport Thurway are the the best.

Bryan HI had issue after issue from the moment I reserved. First somebody’s information was put on my account. And then my card was charged for their reservation. I had to redo my reservation because of this. Then on the day I was supposed to pick up the reservation, I was sent an email saying that there are no trucks. My location had to be changed. Overall, this experience was horrible and very stressful.

Ship Station Rocks. =========================================================================================== Now the 1st place Uhaul sent me to was called City Market and it was a dump, a real S*Hole. The establishment smelled of cannabis oil, was an apparent hang-out for cars blasting rap and the inside clerk had no idea nor involvement in the rental. I was shown a card with a phone number that rang and rang, then a transfer to a man who tried to do a phone checkin and then hung up on me, then when called back didn't even answer the phone at all. This place should have its contract pulled. 0 of 10. ============================================================================================ Uhaul Service number was VERY VERY helpful to fix my problem and got me on the right track to Ship Station. 10 or 10 for Uhaul customer support.
CHARLES MA better reservation system to know which equipment is available on the time needed. For example some app where says if the trailer or truck is free to use not exactly info's but for use in the term of hours or day writing a trailer # and said by app where when it's busy or not. Like a calendar or chart map by the or month etc. and thanks for being a great service wife around the country. 🙂

CHASE RThe lady i spoke with was very courteous. I picked up the truck marked it clean until I got home and opened the passenger door and dog hair flew all in my face. It was all over the passenger seat, floorboard and cup holders. I called immediately and she addressed the situation. I also received the truck with low fuel but I returned it over a half a tank full and had the truck detailed inside to remove dog hair and sanitize. The lady truly apologized and offered for me to change it out. Even though it wasn't cleaned properly she remained professional!
Shavoyne PReturned tow dolly at 3 pm as indicated , business was closed so I proceeded to do self check I on site . Next day a lady calls me saying that I hadn’t returned it & after I told her I did return it and self check in she kept on saying it’s not there. I told her it’s right back where I grabbed it from & she wanted me to tell her exactly where , sounds like someone didn’t even bother to walk around their lot. I use uhaul all the time and this is by far the worst experience I wouldn’t be mad if the ladies tone wasn’t so demanding and arrogant.
LUIS JFire this location. It's a very poor representative of your business. None of your professionalism and practices were used at the location. When getting the truck l rented, it was not cleaned at all. I have the pictures of the truck with dents, staIns, dirt, and broken glass; 1/4 a tank of gas. No service inspection before leaving. Upon return, doors were locked (with worker inside). I was not served. Worker walked out. Locked doors. Got in her car and left as I attempted to get her help. I have pictures of where returned vehicle was left.

John HI rented HO1046 12FT. trailer . The left light would not work and the hinge on right side of ramp been broke . I rented this trailer about 3 months ago and it was broke then. I told YVONNE about it. I was told that they reported it to UHAUL MGR. Hopefully it will get repaired because they can become safety issues.
rene rAssure equipment is roadworthy. Lighting issue caused an unnecessary traffic stop.

Martin MThe Gainesville drop off location is a good location. Definitely a little confusing because they have mailboxes, gifts, package shipping and UHaul RENTALS!! The lady checking us in was unaware of the trailer we towed or the additional day to return the truck. We returned the truck clean and with two gallons of anti-freeze the roadside guys left in the truck. I had to explain the whole issue to her as again she was unaware. The truck performed good on the trip to Walnut Ridge, but the next day it was overheating when we arrived in Olive Branch to pick up the trailer we were to tow to Chattanooga. The staff at Olive Branch did add some coolant but refused to provide enough to fill up the reservoir. We went 11 miles before it overheated again. Then we waited 2hours+ as the temp dropped for the roadside guys to appear. They put on a new water pump and an additional part while we waited for another 3hours+ in the cold. Uhaul did not offer an overnight hotel stay so we drove all the way home to Gainesville, GA and arrived about 3am. I believe Uhaul owes us some renumeration for the hassle. Paul, 470-504-4280

Jeremy OThe location was convenient for pick up and we'll maintained by friendly staff. The corporate rental side was not up to par, didave the size truck i needed available so after downgrading at pick up I was told that location didn't have 1 way in truck I agreed to with corporate so I had the inconvenience of returning the truck and hour back paying extra mileage and fuel charges. Corporate should maintain better records of availability.

RIVER RI don’t understand why you confirm my reservation for Oakwood but then tell me I have to drive to Buford. UNACCEPTABLE! Then you offer me a larger trailer at the a location with no one to help attach (and detach) the trailer. You should have gotten the right (or any acceptable) trailer to Oakwood as promised. Unfortunately, there will be a next time; BUT I WILL MAKE A STINK NEXT TIME! You need to figure this out or at least be more up front about what you’re “promising.”
Brian MYvonne was also very professional and helpful. She checked the condition of the vehicle and mileage, said we were all set and we were on our way. This was a learning experience for us. We will go to the Tampa store first to do our next rental.
