Stephanie was absolutely helpful and so very knowledgeable. She went over and beyond to help me feel safe and comfortable with renting the Uhaul during a very difficult and unsure time of my life. She provided the best customer service I have ever experienced and she is definitely asset to this company.

This was a disaster! Windshield wiper blade not correctly put on and flew off as soon as i took off.....3 hours into the move on the 8th i got stranded for 4 hours because the valve stem was busted on the tire which means someone is not actually checking maintenance

Good location very friendly staff... my only complaint like with every location, how is it ok to leave right under 1/4 of a tank?... extremely inconvenient & frankly kinda dangerous

Awesome staff and super helpful. Not a moment went by one of them weren't offering help.to get me on the road. I truly appreciated there cheerful smile through my whole rental experience. The lot was gated and the pavement was fantastic. In all truth probably one of the nicest all in one U-Haul locations I have been. Will definitely return when needed.

The Manager, Stephanie, is exemplary and made the entire process from my initial phone contact for reservation to drop-off. This location is perfect for a growing community and had exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. The vehicle was in great shape and very clean - obviously very well maintained and exceeded my expectations.

However, Sherry, the support person denied my coupon and was rude over the phone. The coupon did not specify "in town" use did not qualify, but Sherry said it was for one way rentals only. I'm very disappointed in how UHaul charges for everything, now. It is no longer inexpensive. Why does the mileage charge go up twenty cents a mile on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays? I hope I never have to move anything again. The employees at the Bankhead location were extremely helpful and friendly. I know they don't make the rules. I won't recommend UHaul to anyone, including my worst enemy.

Check Engine light was on, but it was explained that prior rental had flat tire and the Check Engine light was not reset. Location was very flexible about scheduling and re-scheduling the rental.

The vehicle was in Terrible condition, I cannot believe they confidently rent it to customers. Not only had it been in numerous accidents, there was literal food on the floor inside. I had to run the wipers several times just to be able to see out of the duct taped windshield. Uhaul needs to communicate with their vendors. I asked for a 26’, uhaul said they didn’t have it and that location actually did. Uhaul had the incorrect office times for the location as well. I also told uhaul I would pick up between 8 and 9 and when I arrived at 837 I was treated very poorly because Stephanie said “you didn’t show up on time, the truck was already put back.” 37 minutes.. and I wasn’t even late. I’m not sure she knows that I’m a paying customer and that is just now how you speak to - well anyone except your children. Personally I will never rent from this location again- I will drive 30 mins out of the way- just due to the way I was treated. If I didn’t need to rent the truck that day I would have walked out.

We were told to park the trailer in specific location. After removing trailer from our truck and pulling forward, the trailer started rolling down the hill (they told me to park on the hill). There were no blocks to set at the wheels. I nearly got run over by the trailer by and it almost hit my truck!!!! Not happy!!!!

Leaving the storage unit because they told me when I signed I got 3 months at 50% off but changed it to 2 months 50% off. I signed up for 3 different units at 3 separate times and got the same discounts but did not hold up to the 3 months discount on all 3 units. Would not recommend this place for that reason.

Had a less than stellar experience but this location was not the issue. The app failed in every way to work. If not for an employee coming in on a Saturday I likely would not have gotten the rental. Thanks to them I was able to pick up the rental although it was 1 1/2 hours before I got keys from time of arrival. The truck was rapt 3/8 fuel level. The ride was the roughest ride I’d ever experienced. I count on Uhaul for a smooth driving experience, but this was FAR from it

I worked with Stephanie in the Willow Park area, she was super nice… we rented a U-Haul and got a storage unit it was very very hot that day she went around with her smile on her face did not complain one time. Will always go back there.

This location was outstanding! But the location in Eldorado Springs, Mo return was a problem. I was told to place the items inside a truck that prior returned by a different client. Which we did. The main office in Springfield Mo called stating it wasn't returned yet. Today I finely received a receipt stating it was returned on 4/24/23

The driver seat leans to the left and makes the ride uncomfortable. The left front tire has a leak that was temporarily repaired by a painted on sealant, which was non- effective. Had to stop every few miles to fill the tire.

Your company is trying to charge me $114.65 for fuel and mileage. You cost me $300 in excessive time and fuel personally driving around to locate equipment that was reserved a week a head of time and you made drive 25 miles away from pick up location plus I had to work on your equipment to make it usable

The drop off point was not open when we dropped the truck off, but it appeared to be clean. The truck drove well. The only minor thing is the heater fan makes a noise like a bearing was going out. He drove through rain and the wipers chattered initially, but cleaned the windshield fine.

Poor new person hadn’t been trained and couldn’t complete transaction. Was kind enough to let me take anyway. Truck did not have dolly’s or blankets we ordered. The cab of vehicle rattled so bad on highway once we loaded and got on the road that radio couldn’t be heard from Highest volume. My ears are still ringing two days later, no kidding.

$20 fee to not use your mobile phone seems extreme. The web app is terrible. I just wanted to rent a truck and took about 15 minutes to go through. Returning the truck was no easier.

man came out, said to park behind the gate and use the app or we'd be charged extra, then disappeared. the app wouldn't work so i called uhaul and told them we were there on time but app couldn't find us. she said she would call the man there. NO answer. so we left and she said she would note account. later that day i got a call that we hadn't turned it in. i explained and was told ok. THEN I got an email with extra charges for being late. They SHOULD have been able to verify with the man there, but my guess is he was clueless or wouldn't answer. I'm being charged for a lazy guy who refused to check us in and disappeared and an app that didn't work.

The location was over 50 miles from the zip code we needed the truck in, so not only did I have to pay for the extra fuel but I was charged for the overage on miles too… not a good experience and too expensive. I will likely consider other options next time I need a truck rental
