The lady was amazing that helped us find this location after we showed up in Springtown and found out nothing was setup correctly for the 24/7 pickup on the pick up end. She was patient, friendly and very helpful. This took about 10-15 minutes.

CHERYL DStephanie was great. Equipment worked as expected. The app self check-in and check-out is extremely painful and time consuming. I will forever stay away from any locations that make me do this work for U-Haul...and will probably avoid U-Haul in general. I do not want one-time/seldom used apps on my phone. Myself and other customers are standing around waiting for the app to download before we can check in, and then we had to load our information along with pictures. Taking pictures (6 pictures) and uploading them (twice due to app failure) to check out is not how I want or need to spend my time. There was no notification from U-Haul that this was a requirement for this location. Poorly done.
