The truck was in great condition, the rental and return process was easy, and our representative was great to work with. Unfortunately there was a shortage of all available furniture and appliance dollies that was disappointing. Overall this location was doing the best with what it had - hopefully U-Haul is able to get all locations restocked with the rental equipment they need.

JAMES VThe location was confusing and we dropped off the keys around 10am and they didn’t register the vehicle until 5:10pm when I had to drop off being 4:30pm. I also found this very displeasing because it insinuates that I didn’t return the vehicle on time when I did. And as stated above I showed up for my rental at 4:30 with no truck to pick up and didn’t leave the lot with the truck until 5:30 . I also understand I was charged $96 for gas when I returned the truck with the same amount I received it with and wasn’t given any instruction about there needing to be more gas returned than when received. I appreciate having the truck but everything else about it was very displeasing.

Bridget UVehicle was very dirty inside the cab.And had issues with the truck. ABS light came on the whole trip and traction control warning system going off and it caused the cruise control to not work which was one of the main reasons we rented the truck then could not use it

MICHAEL NWe have to go to 2 locations to get our equipment after your associate reserved our equipment at one location. When we returned the trailer to the other location and no one was in the office. I unhooked the trailer and was about to leave when a woman approached me and said I had to move the trailer. She said I needed to move the trailer to the back of their fenced lot. She pointed to the back of the lot. I did not know how or where to get into the lot. After driving past the lot twice the woman came driving up to me in a Uhaul truck. She said to go into the gate by the office and drive around back. I finally was able to get rid of the trailer.

Randy RYall changed my pickup location and it was not open so I had to find a new truck on my own bc your scheduling department is awful. The new truck broke down bc it had no coolant. I will NEVER use uhaul again after this experience. DO BETTER!! Moving is stressful and this is the business you are in.
SAMANTHA WThe truck was returned with the fuel gauge indicating a 1/4 tank, but I received another bill for $47 saying that the truck was 4 gallons below a 1/4 tank. Unfortunately, I did not notice this additional charge until I was already headed back to Arkansas.
Greg MNot for any reason you would think. I was the third place the I was sent to pick up a reserved truck, miles from my point of use. Then UHaul charged me extra miles because I had to drive 25 miles out of my way to pick it up. The app is useless and anyone you get on the phone wants you to check the app, well guess what? If you can't get service for your phone, you can't get the app. I needed 12 blankets which they did not have. I need a TV box, which they did not have. the second pick up point closed early, after hours pick up is useless.

I dropped the 6X12 trailer off about 1pm on Friday, January 12,2024 and was told that I would receive an email stating that the equipment was dropped off in good condition. After an hour after drop off and no email I call the location twice to inquire about an email which is written proof that I dropped the equipment off in good condition and to no avail I was told that I was good and not to worry. Not what I was expecting.
Chukudi CLettie (sp?) was AWESOME! Her supervisor not so much. Lettie went above and beyond in everything she did including explaining the vehicle was just dropped off and was not cleaned, stunk like cigarettes, gas tank was on empty etc. When the low tire indicator came on as we were pumping gas, we took it right back and of course Lettie aired up both front tires for us. Her supervisor was no help. Lettie should be promoted to supervisor! At the end of the day when we returned the van, Lettie provided a discount because of the strong smell and uncleanliness. All this, and we were literally sent over to the Midlothian TX location LAST MINUTE THAT MORNING because the Hwy 77 Waxahachie TX location called us as we were driving there and told us they didn’t have our van because someone needed it for an extra day. Huh? We reserved that van 2 weeks prior! Bottom line, Lettie rescued us with only receiving our transferred reservation minutes before she even opened at 8 am. Thank you Lettie!!!
