David BFirstly I’m disappointed In this survey, I spent all Of 10 minutes at the location itself. My biggest problem is with your company overall Firstly I booked a truck two weeks in advanced under the assumption I would have a truck near by. I was made to drive over an hour to pick up the truck. Upon arrival the equipment I had rented was not on my invoice, luckily there was a hand truck in stock but only 16 of the 24 blankets I ordered were there. Which was noted (briefly) by the woman at the desk (and noted it in our file, which will be important later). I needed the 24 blankets because of some solar panels we were moving. Since we were missing 6 of them, we did as much as we could but broke four of our solar panels during our move because we lacked the proper materials to protect them. Finally when we went to return I had to call twice to get an appropriate return location. During our lengthy cal the operator once tried to have me return the truck to Lewisville (over 2 hours away from where we moved to), then after discussing it again, he told me there was a place 15 minutes down the road. Great so we agreed but he was having computer trouble, so he said he would sort it out and text me. I hung up and revived a text message telling me to take the truck to Cumby, another 1.5 hour drive from our current home. So I called again and finally got it sorted out. Upon arriving at the U-Haul location, we were told we owed money for 8 blankets, because our reservation said 24… and we only had 16, we even called the location and proved we had 16 but by that time we had already been charged by the drop off location. So luckily they pick up location called their manager and eventually got us confirmed that we had dropped off the correct number of blankets so they could refund what we were erroneously charged. Overall the entire experience was horrible, I would never again like to use the service. When we first called and got quoted I remarked at how amazing it was that U-Haul could offer trucks at such a low price, at this point I’m amazed they are in business at all.

Lisa JSend a customer the correct name on reservation. You guys sent me a reservation that has Jakes convenience store but they didn't have me down for a reservation. So I called other uhaul places to find out that this storage place has my reservation for a uhaul vehicle. I was not happy at all about the poor customer service at Jake's convenience store and U-Haul messing up my pickup location.

Lilly LThe person never left the counter or offered any assistance in unhooking the trailer, which was somewhat heavy. Thtey said to find a place to park it and waited for us to come back in the store. They didn’t check the trailer to make sure it was correct.

LINDA BLocation was fine however I wanted to pick up in Weatherford and not have to drive 35 minutes away for pickup U-Haul should do the transfers not the customer. I made my reservation for weatherford not mineral wells.
