When Uhaul changed our pickup location we were not given the lockbox option to pick up the truck so we had a 7AM pickup originally but were unable to pick up until 9 when the place opened. Not sure why this happened but it was a catalyst that cost us an extra hour with the moving company we booked. The trickle down effect was frustrating
