This is a very clean safe healthy storage unit it was well lighted and they will always available if you needed them never had an attitude always will very positive I would recommend them to the whole entire world for they are that wonderful please consider them if you're ever looking for a storage they're the best one I've ever found I would love to go back to them if I ever need a storage again with no second thoughts

LaTonya M | Overall ExperienceThe staff is very rude and steal your property if you do not have insurance. My items was stored at this facility for almost 3 years without issues. I get a call recently from the rude individual that works at the front desk that says my lock is missing off of my unit. How, I haven't been there in almost 2 years and I'm the only one that has a key and has had the key since moving in. Then he goes on to say that he checks the locks twice daily and it was on the day before he left. He said he didn't see any forced entry at all. Then he sent pictures of what was inside the storage unit and all of my items are missing exceot a few miscellaneous things. I went down to the storage to check things out myself. The items that were left in the storage were neatly there so this was an inside job. What thieves you know is going to place things neatly and there was no forced entry, no shavings on the grounds no lock cut off the front gate. He said he usually cut the locks off if need be and that's exactly what I believe he did. He seen that I did not have insurance when he looked up my lease and took it upon himself or had someone else do it. He said the owner will look back on the cameras. I spoke with the owner and he said the cameras don't cover my unit....how ironic lol but I tell you what this is not going away. I have spoken with my lawyer and WE ARE TAKING ACTION!!! The owner may have been in on it because he acts as if I'm lying and has no concerns to try to figure out what's going on and how to resolve the issue. I will also be contacting the BBB and WTVN. I can not wait until this unfolds. You can not steal ones property that is not yours and think you can get away with it and have no consequences behind your actions. Like I was advised you don't need cameras to just see my unit you check all cameras for people coming in and out! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY!!! Your items are not safe here and no one cares. Store your belongings somewhere else!!!!

gregory m | Overall ExperienceI’ve been using Storage Place since I first moved to Columbus and through my many mishaps and years of growing, I always made sure I paid…and kept being a customer…well my items were auctioned off that I wanted to have but I will just have to choke it as a lost. I do hope that whomever acquires those items understand that everything there was purchased with blood sweat and tears. But things happen. Oh well.
