DENNIS JOnly issue was I got no directions on how to get the truck keys on self service pickup. I had to call customer service and it took them a while to figure out how to get me the key and the code to the key box.
Michael GSomething was wrong with the trailer. There was a constant jerking while pulling. Is was very uncomfortable and nerve wracking to pull. Made for a very stressful trip.
Sandra DI was unreasonably charged for Xtra days, over a weekend that the facility was closed. How can I be charged for days I didn't use? Especially when I called ahead and given my military disability, I was told to just leave the truck outside location and leave keys. We over fueled the truck and was STILL charged for Xtra miles. No consideration, I even asked for someone from uhaul to contact me...regarding this issue, via email. They just charged me...no call...as of today, Dec 19, 2023. Wow... just woe. Someone please fix this... AFM please contact me...today.

Marc JI have never rented from u haul before and the lady put me down for a 3 day rental even though i told her we only needed it for 24hrs. And i was told that if we turned it in before the 3 days we would only be charged for what we used, and that was not the case. We were charged for the full 3 days. NOT very happy with my experience with U haul.
Kevin PThe lady who helped us promised us upon return we would be give our 100$ cash deposit back. This was a lie. She did not let the person at drop off location know we was returning there, we were not given our deposit. Liars

Lori BOrdered a 20 ft truck. The morning of the pick up I was informed I would receive a 26 ft which I did not want. I called the company and was informed a 20 ft would be on the previous lot before my pick up time. 3 minutes after my pick up time I was informed that I would have to go 15 miles to pick up the 20 ft so I did. I was also told I could drop the truck off anywhere in the town where my son moved. Not true. We were turned away and told to go to another U Haul place. The truck was great but the service was not.

He was thorough in helping us through the rental process, gave us money saving tips regarding the correct size of the vehicle to rent and was genuinely interested in us and our safety and satisfaction. He was a very good salesman, happy and joking with us. I would highly recommend this U-Haul location to my friends.
Rebecca WHomer was sharp and answered the questions I had while offering a few pointers on pulling a trailer. This is the type of service you hope for but rarely see anymore.

Jeff SHave them actually do their job. The Uhual was not clean, inspected, up to code, or even had registration in it. The oil was a quart low and tires dry rotted, as well. The man that helped us acted like he was doing us a huge favor.
