DENNIS JCharged me $98 more when I checked my card for going over 15 miles. Was not happy about that.

DENNIS JOnly issue was I got no directions on how to get the truck keys on self service pickup. I had to call customer service and it took them a while to figure out how to get me the key and the code to the key box.
