Mobile check in and check out sucks. It may be nice that the employees don't have to do all of the data entry, but not everyone is tech savvy and it's a headacheBernadette C.

Vehicle had partially eaten food in it, floors were dirty, change oil light was on. We were reserved to use on a 1500 mile move with it and were sent out with vehicle 2 quarts low on oil and needed roadside assistance 500 miles in. When we returned it, the icing on the cake was that they over billed us. Haven't heard from uhaul corporate yet and have received 2 customer satisfaction surveys. Guess no one is really listening or reading these.Keith M.

We needed a one day rental van to move our son out of an apartment. Person at initial pickup was friendly ,helpful and cordial. We agreed to estimated mileage charges and daily rate and declined addl insurance coverages offered. Rental truck was clean and appeared to be maintained well. We did our move and everything worked fine and at this point we were very pleased with the UHaul experience. When we returned rental van the next day we were greeted by a different customer service representative in office who was not as friendly or helpful. We were told that a final invoice on site is not possible and that the vehicle would be inspected/checked over and a invoice would be emailed to us in 30 minutes. A little strange as we were the only customers in the office. I explained that I filled unit with fuel and swept cargo box and cleaned cab of truck and that we put less than 50 miles on unit. Several hours later we received a emailed invoice. We were now charged for $14 for â€œSafe Moveâ€ insurance coverage which we initially declined. Upon discovery of this erroneous charge we called the uhaul office and explained our concern about the error of $14. We were told that this employee only works part-time and cannot correct error. Was told we will have to wait until â€œJerryâ€ returns on Monday. I can understand how a simple mistake can happen but am concerned that it cannot be immediately corrected. The mobile pick up and drop off was complicated because when I took photos with my IPhone I would lose the website page and I had to log in again. It took awhile but I was able to get my truck. The price was reasonable for a short distance move.Cindy G.
I arrived there shortly after noon. They were closed. I called their # 3 different times and left messages. Got no response. The sign on the door said open 9 to 4 on the day I was there. Now what do i do ? I call the store where i picked it up in AZ. Out of several attempts I got thru once. They told me I had to go to 800 go u haul. All other attempts were automatically forwarded to some general switchboard with a lengthy recording to listen to. In the end I waited 25 minutes on hold for an answer from the main switchboard. They thanked me for calling, and told me to just drop it off. Despite the fact that they were closed. The time was now 1:30 p.m. they are still closed. It took me roughly an hour and a half to drop it off. Middle of the week, during business, and noone around to help. Very poor business practice, and disappointing. If they were having a problem, they should have hung a message on the door.MICHAEL M.

My experience with U-Haul was absolutely terrible. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication. I was charged $207 BEFORE I returned my u haul and because of this my bank account went negative $156 because I hadn't transferred money over yet to cover the cost. Because in past experience, you pay for the truck WHEN YOU DROP IT OFF. So in reality, I paid over $300 after having to bring my account back current. These are things that should and need to be communicated to customers before they leave with the truck whether it be renting from the office or using the app. The app had its own flaws as well. It took WAY too long to check me in. I sat at the lot for over /5 minutes waiting to get the code for the keys. When you're moving, there is barely enough time as it is. I feel like I was very screwed over in this experience and I'll never use u haul again.Samantha O.

Nothing against this pickup location, but this was not my preferred site i reserved due to the trailer availability.
