After hours drop-off was easy

MICHAEL BWhile I first reserved my truck at the Lincoln Street location in St cloud. The two bumbling idiots that worked there couldn't figure out how to process my request and had to re-enter it three different times and then finally getting a manager to figure it out. And then I get a phone call saying I have to pick it up in another location which required me to pay extra mileage and while we're on that topic of extra mileage I was quoted a price of 90 cents a mile, and I was told at the Waite Park location that would be $1.39 and that's important because not only do I have to pay an additional 49 cents a mile, I have 15 extra miles to tack on to to pick up the truck and return it. Not a good experience and I would never recommend this company to anybody. In fact, I'll do the direct opposite I'll let them know how much of a Mickey mouse operation you guys run. I will never ever rent from you again
