I would not rent from this U-Haul location again. This was not even my original pickup location. A few days before my reservation, U-Haul called and asked me to pick up the truck from the Robie Street location instead, offering a discount said it was a new location and it is a promotional offer. I picked up the truck with less than half a tank of fuel, used it, and returned it with more fuel than I received it with. Despite that, I was charged for an additional 6 litres of fuel after the return. Fortunately, I took photos of the fuel gauge and odometer at pickup and return, and I also kept my fuel receipt. Once I called and provided evidence, the charge was refunded immediately. The refund was appreciated, but the fact that I had to dispute a fuel charge that was clearly incorrect is disappointing. If I hadn’t documented everything, I would have been paying for fuel I didn’t owe. My advice to anyone renting from this location: take photos of the fuel level, odometer, and keep every receipt. It may save you from being overcharged.

This location didn’t provide the lockbox code for the key to the moving truck. As well, the truck was not parked where it was supposed to be, which made things even more confusing for both pick up and drop off.
JORDAN GThis was a new location. It took over an hour to figure out how to pay due to the system not accepting my Visa card. My card worked other places. There was only one customer service person attending to multiple people. I was treated nicely but like I was not very smart. This was the worst experience I have had with UHall over the years.
