Lisa WI was charged unfairly. It was terrible financial decision to book u haul.
Rameez ZGot charged a cleaning fee even though the truck was dirty on pickup and a after hour drop off charge even when taken back on time and in the right location. Do no book here as you will get up charged.
Jeffrey MThe truck had nothing that I rented inside it when I went to pick it up. The location was closed, and could not assist. I ended up having to drive to another U-haul facility to rent ADDITIONAL equipment (at additional cost!), and they would not allow me to leave it in the truck for return, since the truck was from a different location. I had to make two additional trips out of town to return everything.
