The manager at UPS Store # 17329 at 3093 Bathurst was professional in his approach to Customer Service and went out of his way to fix the H.O. rescheduling error that I encountered on arrival. H.O. without any email, text or direct call notification had altered my reservation to a different location. The site manager solved the situation on my behalf and the reservation went forward without any additional problems. I will most certainly utilize this U-Haul location again.

I was shocked to see I was charged $12.36 for a fuel bill even though I re-filled the gas tank to full. The mileage was only 17km. The invoice overcharged me for the rental by $19.41 for something called CDW which was not told to me in advance. This is consumer fraud. I will not recommend U-Haul to anyone.

Leah MDouble check the actual gas level before giving to a new customer because for us it showed on the contract more than it actually had, and though we showed it had less at the moment of pick up, we were still charged for gas rate, even though we had already filled the tank to the level it had when we received it. So in the end we ended paying double for the fuel. It might be better to constantly give it with a full tank, everything else was ok
Lorena LIt went well but the rental man didn´t show me where the gas tank release button take was. I thought it would be like usual. But it was a 2025 model and when I went to fill up the tank, I couldn´t find the release button for the gas. I had to pay extra.
RICHARD DI had paid for a dolly and it wasn't in the van as I got it off hours there was no one to ask. Also there was no snow brush on a very snowy morning. Had to go back and get my own. The van was old. There was a much newer one parked right next to it but that was not what was booked for us. And this is not to do with the location but with UHAUL itself. When I made the reservation online I was quoted $47 (with dolly included). I did an estimate based on the extra fees charged for mileage of my own and planned to spend $80. When we got the van the tank was completely empty. We filled it which cost $150. And when I got the final bill we ended up being charged $150. A far cry from the $47 quoted plus there was no discount for any of the gas. So in the end I spent $300 for a one day rental. Certainly disappointed and will not be using UHAUL in the future.

Olivia LTerrible location. Owner did not offer walk-around check to assess the condition of the vehicle before I took it, then tried to hit me with a fake cleaning fee after I returned it. I took my own video before accepting the rental and was able to catch them and submit proof to customer service. They also tried to add additional insurance protection I did not select to the bill and overcharged for gas. (4L in a 16km trip? Impossible) Absolute scam location I will never rent a uHaul again.

Aqeel BHonestly, the location was a little confusing to navigate. The Uhaul signs are not clearly labelled on the front of the building facing Bathurst, so if Google Maps hadn't navigated us driving from Douglas and we had gone the Bathurst route we wouldn't have seen the U-hauls parked out back. So, if somewhere on the communication you can clearly state it's at the back of the strip of stores that would help. I do appreciate that when the previous location that we initially booked didn't have the van anymore we were sent to another location close by. The app was easy to follow though with the added contacts I was a little confused thinking we would have to wait until our contacts picked up the phone to proceed. Overall it worked out and I would pick up like that again.

Holly FVery disappointed with the way this has turned. Pick up instructions were not clear and at the time of drop off there was no space available to park the vehicle. Customer support took more than 30 mins to respond on call and online chat was also terrible, no response on time. It was freezing cold out and I was waiting for instructions to park. The vehicle was not even clean from inside and I have uploaded the pics on the application. Tried to connect with vip auto service inc but he refused to help and said he is not associated with u haul. What kind of customer service is this? Why would I pay for such a drastic and pathetic service ? The drop box lock was so bad that it could not even open. I need a compensation immediately.

Theres only one thing that i would suggest to UHaul is to lower the rates, i ordered a van that should of being 19.95. I had the can for 3 and a half hours and it cost me 82.00, i only went to Richmond hill and back. Something for the company to consider liwer your RATES. THANKS.

Lynn L- fuel was almost empty when I got my bill online the branch had added $30 fuel admin and $21 in fuel charges. I put in a few dollars of gas to make sure I wouldn't run out. The fuel needle showed a little more fuel in the tank than what was there when i picked up the van..So why the fuel charges. I was reimbursed for both the fuel charges and insurance charges. - I opted out of collision insurance.. the branch added it on without asking me. Charge was $15 which was reimbursed.
Mark SThe furniture mats I requested were not given with the truck. I was not told about this, and I was charged for them anyways. I had to call Uhaul customer service to get a refund. This is also not the place I requested to have a pick up. It was farther than I intended, which caused me to go over the maximum allowed mileage, which resulted in a fee when I returned the truck.

Catharina RI got charged after hours service when I dropped the truck way before my end time. I have pictures for it. Also, I got charged for the coverage when I made sure I skipped through all those steps. CC rep Deena kept on talking about me signing a contract and nothing she can do. When I asked her to send me the contact she didn’t. Very sad how Uhaul makes money and train their Customer service reps to end the calls when they ask for help.
