Reserved van for 10am got to location and it wasn’t open until 11am and then was told van need to be back at 2pm as it was reserved for 4 hours. Only was able to use van for 3 hours as a result.

using the app is not clear. i spent 20 mins trying to figure out how to start my rental when i got to the location. then location reports they were closed on sunday. so it took me a long this me to figure i needed to go into the store
Ray GVan was not clean inside but was fairly new! Please clean it vacuum, mud everywhere on floor mats. But it's hard here in winter! Very nice staff at location! Thank you.
Lisa LThis was hands down the best rental experience of my life. I’m at an age where I’ve moved more times than I can count—well over 16—so I’ve seen just about everything when it comes to rentals. After a long, exhausting day that happened to coincide with our city’s first major snowstorm, multiple pickup changes, and general moving chaos, we ended up back at this location—which I had preferred all along since it was right down the street. From the moment we arrived, the couple who run this location went above and beyond. They were incredibly accommodating, genuinely kind, and easy to talk to. My partner and I immediately connected with them, and what could have been just another transaction turned into a memorable, human interaction. To top it off, we accidentally left behind three items, including tools. I was sure they were gone for good. Instead, they held onto everything far longer than anyone would reasonably expect—and when we finally came back, not only did they have our items, they remembered us. Moments like this remind you that truly decent people still exist. At a time when it really mattered, this couple renewed my faith in humanity. I jokingly call them the “U-Haul miracle couple,” but the gratitude is very real. I can’t recommend this place highly enough—this is the gold standard for customer service. —Mark
