I finished my one-way move and called to try and adjust my reservation to drop off at another location, but apparently that was impossible and I had to drive back empty truck to the original location.

Titia JIt was very frustrating trying to do the 24/7 access via the app. I spend over 1.5 hours trying to get it to work with very little assistance from tech services. I waited 40 minutes to someone to answer the call and then I was put on hold for 17 minutes only to have them disconnect me!!! The UPS service was not opened at that time 8:30 in the morning (which was why I went with the app sign in)/ A worker from UPS just happened to be going by 30 minutes before the store opened at 10 and took pity on me standing out in the pouring rain trying to get it set up. She opened the store early and finally got me th help I needed. This delay caused significant setback through the day. I had planned to be back before the UPS store closed at 3 pm but because of the delay didnt get to return it until 3:15 at which time they were gone. I AGAIN went to the app/website to sign in my return with no luck. Dropped off the key in the dropbox and came home to complete the return process on my computer and iot wouldn't let me because I was located too far away from where the truck was!!!! The whole process was incredibly frustrating. The UPS store Location service was helpful. The call centre service was terrible!! I would recommend inperson pickup to a friend definately NOT online!

Ken FStore was a bit hard to find because there was no U-Haul trucks anywhere, but personal was just incredible and made sure everything was ok in the end.
Jean FI was booked for a vehicle at the Kentville, NS location 139 Nichols St. 2 days prior to my pickup day for my reservation I called that location to check reservation. They told me the vehicle i had reserved was double booked and they didn’t have anything for me. They also neglected to inform me of this after telling me all week everything was good to go. They sent me to the New Minas, NS location informing me the agent there had a vehicle reserved for me. When I called that location and spoke with the agent there he had no idea of any of what transpired with the other location. Fortunately he helped me and was able to secure a vehicle for me. He was very professional, helpful and courteous.The agent(s) in Kentville were not. It was obvious that the agent(s) at the Kentville outright lied to me and most likely rebooked my vehicle to a client taking it out of the region to maximize the rental value. I was just staying in the area but still needed a vehicle to complete my project. Thank you very much to the agent in New Minas for making this happen! I would definitely recommend him and this rental outlet (UPS Store New Minas). Big thumbs down to the agent(s) in Kentville. Very poor customer service! Don’t think they know the meaning of that term. I will not and never will recommend that location! Mike Watts

Robert DDon't like the way the customer is responsible for refueling the vehicle to the 3/4 full level or you may incur a surcharge. I know I put more fuel back in than I burned.

John FOut dated vehicle, fuel consumption compared to others was horrible and was being operated within recommended guidelines. Garbage was found behind the seat on the floor of the cab and the middle seat belt had some sticky residue, we cleaned and pursued. Ended up with the vehicle an extra 1/2 day due to health emergency, explained and apologized, was charged the extra... I understand business is business but there was more equipment available upon return than the day rented. The staff were very friendly on rental day I must say, upon returning, one staff available, he was courteous but lost the friendly atmosphere.

William LThe truck we picked up was due for a service and stopped mid drive, the oil light came on and we got stuck in the middle of the road, blocking traffic. I turned the engine off then on and it worked again. I called UHaul and they said the truck was due for a service. I was confused why it was rented out when it was due for a service. This could have ended up worse then it was!!

Tanya SShould either not charge full amount on mileage when a customer has to add additional 100 kms to their invoice when the requested equipment is not available at their preferred location or give a discount. Other than that I have always had no issues when renting.
