It’s not the fault of the staff at the location, but my truck was moved the day before I needed to get it two a much farther destination. A u-haul representative told me on the phone that I would get a discounted mileage rate of 30 cents off per km. Apparently there is no record of this and uhaul did not honor it. So I was immensely inconvenienced by uhaul then charged extra for it. Also, there was diesel all over the floor of the uhaul I picked up. Never again.

I was given a truck to drive from Canada to Florida, in July, without aircondition. The engine warning light came on while driving. And the clerk at the return office was rude and lacking customer service training. He wouldn't even return a word. He handed me my receipt with a grunt. You need to put humans behind the desk, and maintain your vehicles. I should report your company to the Better Business Bureau for putting my health into danger with giving me a truck without aircondition in July. I demand a 50% rebate to what I was charged.
