The website developers and managers that approved their work need to be fired. Why? Because the website did not clearly warn, notify or provide visibility that the location I used for the past 5 years didn't have a truck, and therefore, the pickup location was move to a location 1/2 hour away. This invisible or automatic change was enormously disruptive. The reservation number was provided to the attendant at the original location and they said they were not familiar with the uhaul website and it took them 30 minutes to figure out what location my reservation was changed to and how to print a map. Uhauls own people could not figure out how to use the uhaul website! Uhaul need to considerably revise the website to CLEARLY show where the pickup is with a one-click map of the location, not directions to the location. One hundred percent failure.
