The lady was helpful but when I booked I was supposed to drop off at another location and was not able to do so. I would requested a $50 refund and was told that I need to wait until the truck was returned.

KIm KI did not use 55 miles. I travelled from the pick up to 430 8th Ave in Seattle, then to 248 118th in Bellevue and then back again to Seattle before returning to 248-118th and bringing the truck back. There is no way that is more than maybe 35 miles.
