Checking in reservationist with a pup was awesome. Check out lady was really rude and said we don’t unlike you haulers here screaming at me on the phone where a Wall Doctor place and charged me $25 for leaving an empty cup of coffee in a cupholder. I left a vehicle cleaner than I got it and left it with more fuel than I got it and she’s still charged me $25 to remove an empty cup of coffee that I forgot and throw it in the trash, never come to this place. They just want to rip you off.

Rong FI left a few cardboard boxes in the trailer and had and agreement with the owner to help clean it after the return for filling up extra 1/4 tank of gas. I was still charged a cleaning fee without being told.

Jinseok OTook 40 minutes to complete a self pickup. We couldn't hear the customer representatives because they had poor signal. Tried to use thr chat box but never received any answers. After 2 people, the check in process was completed. The car we was provided then didn't have gas. The fuel light was blinking as soon as the car was started! That's horrible for it being a self pickup. Especially when their were 5 other trucks behind the fence. At least one of them probably has gas. Luckily the gas station was only a few blocks away.
John TWe did an after-hours return using the app, so no personnel were involved. Everything went smoothly.
Cary BThere was no parking spots to park the U-Haul when returning it. I had to park it on the side of the lot and there was no one onsite for me to contact to confirm that where I parked was okay.
Peter AThe website developers and managers that approved their work need to be fired. Why? Because the website did not clearly warn, notify or provide visibility that the location I used for the past 5 years didn't have a truck, and therefore, the pickup location was move to a location 1/2 hour away. This invisible or automatic change was enormously disruptive. The reservation number was provided to the attendant at the original location and they said they were not familiar with the uhaul website and it took them 30 minutes to figure out what location my reservation was changed to and how to print a map. Uhauls own people could not figure out how to use the uhaul website! Uhaul need to considerably revise the website to CLEARLY show where the pickup is with a one-click map of the location, not directions to the location. One hundred percent failure.
