This location is really rough. No signs. Dilapidated building. The guy there was helpful on the phone. It all worked out because he was on the phone, but don't send scared white people to this location
PATRICK MI needed help disconnecting the trailer (severe back injury) and the owner was pissed of that he had to help on a Sunday. Eventually he calmed down and helped, but I honestly thought that he might knock me out before he calmed down. Place was littered with trashed empty liquor bottles, overgrown weeds. Worst experience ever with any sort of business.

Antonaja LWhen a customer is renting a trailer, require photos of their vehicle and the break light assembly. I couldn’t get the cover off of mine and made several calls to uhaul, vw dealer service, my own mechanic to make sure I had the right parts. I borrowed the hitch from my brother and was told uhaul supplied the wires to connect the lights. The kind uhaul dealer at the wash helped get the last screw off so we could see the plug and that’s when I learned I needed an adapter. I went to 4 uhaul locations, a Walmart, auto zone and advanced auto parts and couldn’t find what I needed. I couldn’t rent a truck bc my husband had eye surgery and can’t drive, my 17 yo daughter has only done limited highway driving. So we are borrowing a hitch cargo platform and stuffing as much as we can in my car and will make do. Bruce was so patient and kind. He went out of his way to help me and made suggestions along the way. He is the kind of guy you want on your team. Apathetic employees who don’t bother to ask questions and help someone when they tell them they’ve never rented a trailer before are USELESS. I wasted an entire day driving around on a search for something i never did find. My kid is disappointed, I’m tired and frustrated and our trip to Chicago is starting off with stress and irritation. It could have been avoided. Standard procedures, insisting on an appointment to have someone who knows look at the car, do some trouble shooting would have saved me an entire day of frustration. The guys at 19000 Rockside were great, very helpful and kind. The ladies at North Randall were awesome. A former employee happened to walk in and HE was the most helpful of everyone… on his time off he helped look through the options. Lakeisha at Mayfield rd in Cle Hts was super helpful. She actually looked at the car and showed me what they had wouldn’t work. The first guy I spoke to early in the week waved me off from making an appt to bring my car over to have a look since I had a hitch and the cover for the lights… we could have solved this on Monday. As frustrating as this has been I met some awesome people, I met a lot of mediocre people but the good ones shine brighter. Next time I’ll let my kid do the moving.

Mary JI ordered a truck with 2 furniture movers and a dolly. When I got there, there was None available. We were moving from the 9th floor to another apartment on the 7th floor. This is totally unacceptable. I MUST SAY.... BOTH GENTLEMEN THAT WERE THERE, ONE WHEN I PICKED UP AND ONE WHEN I DROPPED OFF, WERE VERY HELPFUL AND NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. I am by no means, complaining about the gentlemen that was working that day. I just wish I would have had the equipment that I ordered .

Joyce TThis location eas relatively easy enough to find. Unfortunately, we had issues where the owner if the location was not aware that we were picking up a uhaul, so no one was present to complete our pickup process. We had to wait an hour and a half to finally get our day going, and daylight matters for what we were trying to accomplish with our move. We had tech issues with completing the pickup process, even though i completed it online ahead of time. Thankfully, the owner answers his phone and seemed to be doing his best to try to get someone out to accommodate the situation.
