No one was present at the location. We had to call someone to come which took an additional 15 minutes of our time on a busy day. The gentleman I called said we could hook up the trailer ourselves and go which sounded odd, but I thought part of the fee we paid for the trailer was to have someone hook it up and check it for safety. The location was totally rundown, with broken unkept small parking, a muddy pothole to step off from my car into as I was forced to park it in front of the trailer to pick it up. I got mud inside my car and on my shoes.

Well, actually, I don’t have any complaints. My overall experience was amazing The professionalism and reliability delivered exactly what he promised. Top quality service couldn’t ask for better greatest experience from start to finish. , but I’d rather not see another U-Haul truck no time soon cause I am beat up and beat down from moving. I can barely move to put things away.
