I had no issues with this location. I did have a slight issue with trying to scan the bar code for mobile pick up as it is located too close to the key box. I suggest it be put up higher. Took me about 10 min to get it to work, and again to return the info of drop off when returning it. So give yourself some time. I do not think this is due to the location provider, but U haul itself.Debra P.

There is not a sign showing where the night drop box is. The man that came out to my car to inquire what I was doing was condescending and had no idea what he was talking about. Very poor set up!Jennifer H.

I was overcharged from the agreement made over the phone after I had to call in because I would have to drive an additional 40 miles at $0.79/mile to pick up a truck at an alternative location. The owner at the Theater Motel location initially did not think he had an appliance dolly as requested in my reservation. He deducted the $10 rental (mind you, the entire amount was still higher than agreed upon on the phone with a different representative). A few days after returning the truck, an additional $15+ was charged to my card. What you can do to improve for the next customer ... get everyone on the same page, don't charge someone 50% more than advertised for add-ons, streamline the process so that customers don't waste an hour at pick up while the employee fumbles through the computer although the customer did the online check-in including scanning their license. Very, very frustrated with this encounter. Likely not to return.ERIC O.

Have a small but readable sign that points to the drop box location. There is a vacant building that is empty but it can be confusing because you have to park in front of the vacant building and drop the keys off at the motel. I know it tells in the paperwork but I'm a more visual person. A small sign to point to parking one way and drop box the other. Th e only thing that even says UHaul is the drop box by the office.Katherine K.

The corporate office moved the pick up location over 30 min away 2 days before pick up (after I booked and arranged movers a month in advance). I called your customer service and they quickly took care of ensuring we had a trailer in Westfield. Local was nice. National office did not deliver the right sized trailer, and then tried to charge me double for a trailer half the size. An hour on the phone later, we got transferred to the regional rep and was given a reasonable rate immediately. The local rep was very helpful.Stephen S.

The small dealer was not the problem. The truck was the problem, it used three quarts of oil, an exorbinate amount of gas and the air conditioner did not work. It was over ninety degrees the whole trip so it was miserable. Where we turned it in said sorry but we can't do a thing for you! Not happy at all, we spent almost three thousand dollars to rent an awful truck!nancy M.

Despite my lack of advance planning, he took time with me after hours, to try and find a trailer hitch, wiring harness and then a truck when all else failed. The proprietor wanted me to unhook the trailer myself until I told him that I prefer for him to be there to unhook the trailer. Two days later I called the Uhaul customer service to verify that the contract was closed out and it wasn't. This should not be a Uhaul dealer.richard M.

the man who help me with the rental was very freindly and took care of everythig with NO stress for me. he offered to show me how to hook it up but i respectfully declined as this is not my first time with this type of trailer. upon returning at 10pm at night; as i was unhooking he came out side to greet me and to ask how my experience went and thanked me for the buissness. i highly reccomend this rental facility to everyone.STEVEN J.

The location manager was excellent but your truck reservation system stinks. The truck I reserved was not available and I was in danger of not getting a truck to perform a very time sensitive move. The manager got me a truck that was twice as big as I needed and took care of me despite your reservation system.Sam W.
