I would recommend this location to a friend but it wouldn’t be for u haul because the pickup for U-Haul was super easy but dropping off the U-Haul was far from it i had to change my location twice and they charged me for extra gas that didn’t use and charged me for a cleaning fee of 25$ whenever i got the van dirty and the rear of the van was already dirty as well with dirt I had to clean it out myself but I didn’t come and try to charge y’all for cleaning but yall will most certainly charge my card on file for it and there was a left over DP can in the floorboard I left it because it wasn’t mine but if I would have known I was going to be charged 37$ fee I would have cleaned it up myself

Get personnel to answer the phone. Fix your damn phone system. Get your trailer inspected. These trailers are not safe and will cause the customer heart-ache and expense.

william jThe lady helping us was not knowledgeable about the products, couldn’t answer any of our questions. Didn’t pack the U-Haul with the blankets and dolly we requested, we had to go back to get them after we saw the dirty back of the truck. Had to get the second dozen blankets we ordered from another location. Had to drive the U-Haul back (20 minutes, wasting gas) to have them change the tire because it was literally hissing air from a nail. The lady didn’t even bother talking to us about it when we got back, much less apologize for the inconvenience. The guy helping us with tips for loading the car on the tow was nice, and tried his best to assist us and lighten the mood. The second star is there because of his great efforts.
Marilyn HI had to wait 2 hours for my rental and then in the end I was charged $30 for gas even when I provided a picture and was barely off. I understand I was short but it was by very little. I was given $8 back. I rented a year ago and spent less and went farther.

Alvin HHorrible customer service. The equipment was very obviously not inspected when turned in by previous customer. I had to sit there for over an hour while my equipment was repaired to be road safe.

Cory PI had a reservation for 2pm to pick up my truck., however when I got there, the gates were closed and when I called them there was one woman working there who said they were closed and that U-haul should have told me that. Fortunately , she was working at that time but it took her 30 minutes to open the gates and let me in. In addition, I reserved and paid for 12 furniture pads but they only had 3 pads to give me. I will not use Thee Road Service again for Uhaul rentals

Not easy to get to and even after I checked in on line was told I did not even have to come inside but had to detour through repair shop to get to office. The only good thing was the young man who came down to help me with trailer hookup.

brad sReally my experience for this rental was fine except for the pricing. Halfway through the rental, I was contacted by someone from UHaul headquarters (not the pickup location) to check up on the rental. This person assured me that per the terms of this particular contract, as long as I returned the vehicle by 5:00 PM, I would not have to pay for an additional day of rental, even though 5:00 PM was beyond my original pickup time. When I returned the trailer I wound up paying for an entire extra day of rental regardless. I called back UHaul headquarters to complain about this and the person elevated it to management, but I had to wait for management to call me back. It has been over 2 weeks and repeated phone calls from me to ask about it, but UHaul management refuses to contact me. Mind you, this is not a complaint about the pickup location, but against UHaul headquarters who don't keep their word.
John SAttendant was late and had a very poor attitude. He didn't come out or send anyone out to make sure I knew how to hook up the trailer (fortunately I did) which was filthy on the inside. In addition, I had requested 6 furniture pads but they only had four that had not been cleaned. Overall a very bad experience.

Hardy DMaybe bad timing but the crew was apparently more interested in answering the phone than helping someone standing right there to pick up a trailer at the designated time we needed it. Couple that with the computer not working correctly, the individual not knowing the password to get into the system, and a general attitude that was not conducive to customer service, I was extremely disappointed. I must say we did leave on good terms but I was still disappointed in the experience. Maybe bad timing on my part but it won't happen again.

dewayne mI started the truck and the ac did not get cold, I went inside to tell them and they told me it was a new truck and the ac would work. I also had to remind them about the twelve blankets I was supposed to get. I left and drove it to my house and by that time they were closed and the ac never worked on the trip Temperatures were over 100 the day I traveled.

GLENN WI was in a big rush the day I rented. I made the deal on line to save time. It still took about 45 minutes at this store which I felt was to long and it put me late for my wife`s doctor appointment.
John SThey did not brief me on miles or how much it can be per mule n they did not even know they had a truck in their inventory, plus when I asked for a Dolly they told me they don't carry any n told me to stop somewhere else n get one. On the way out A mechanic found one in his shop outside. I am very disappointed with u haul after being a long time user...never will I use u haul again. Very bad service n got to expensive per mile. A 39 rental ended up being a 270.00.

Darrell BThis was a terrible experience. I wanted the truck in Ladonia, Tx, was sent to Commerce, Texas at 5PM at night by dispatch, was closed, told to go to Campbell, texas ..they were closed. Told to go in morning. Went in morning... Reservation was cancelled. Had to take a bigger truck (only available) and added 50 miles (that $50) to my bill. Overall, Uhaul is not a good experience. The poor dealer was stuck trying to help while dispatch was confused and cost me more than I should picking up trucks that was 30 miles away from me.....
TED MDidn't drop off here because of accident. For all I know this location is great - but my overall U-Haul experience has been subpar to the extreme.
HANNAH HNo, very misleading information was given. Took 1 1/2 hours to put my request in three different times. I was on my lunch hour and was late returning back to work. My contract was reveresed without my permission and never was reentered. when i called on 4/18 to confirm drop off i was told i was not in the system. So, we drove from Campbell TX to Marble Hill, Mo without a contract. That is not acceptable! We have reservations for large truck/trailer in July that I have my doubts on renting after this issue. Someone was to contact me 48 hrs from Wednesday night and I am still waiting a call.

BOB JMonica at Thee Road Service is FANTASTIC. I had a reservation in Sulphur Springs and that dealer never showed so I called for another truck. It was found at Thee Road Service in Campbell 20 miles away. I was told they had been contacted and expecting me. When I got there, Monica had not been notified and the online contract was not working correctly; it was giving her goofy information. She got on line with Traffic and she and Raven worked it out. Monica made sure all the details were correct and that I was getting everything I was expecting. This was a lengthly process. She saved the day and my move!!!!!

Clint HThe staff was very friendly, but after charging my card and signing the contract, the truck's gas was only 1/4 (not the stated 5/8) and the mileage had 50 additional miles than stated. I had to wait 1 hour for the truck to be fueled and the mileage could not be changed on the computer so they redid the contract and had to swipe my debit card twice - freezing up funds on my account until the charges that were removed cleared the bank. I was very displeased with this process.

KAMI Kpersonnel was friendly, and tried to be helpful but u-hual has their hours listed as 8:00am-5:00pm but the personnel that handels the trucks doesnt come in till 12:00pm wich was a problem becuase we needed to pick it up by 8:30am and although they did make secial arrangments for us to come and pick up the truck at 10:00am we still had to wait on them to get there almost 45 minuets because they didnt show up till 10:45am which was really a hassel so what you can do to improve for the next custumer is require them to be there during the hours that u-hual has them listed
AMANDA AThe place I was to pick up the truck first said they would be opened, but never showed up. And then the next place over charged me, because they didn't understand the how things were to work. And it slowed us up about three hours off.
ken nget your 2 locations on the same system. I dropped off the equipment in the required time and got a phone call 3 weeks later asking me where i dropped it off at. I dont understand why this accured. Maybe uhaul needs to get it together so people dont get annoying phone calls like this.
Sharon FI dont understand why i was called and told that i was to pick the truck up in town and then when i get there to pick it up they send me to Thee Road Service. Also, they didnt have the pads i reserved online and they had a bigger truck and so i had to pay and extra 40 dollars because they had a bigger truck than the one i reserved only three weeks before the pick-up date. Overall i feel that it sucked!
