Would have been nice to have a bit more in-person assistance when picking up. You have to use the website/app to reserve, and cell service is not great in this location, took a long time to sort out and get on the way. Very friendly and a good spot to pick up

James GI would recommend this location to a friend but it wouldn’t be for u haul because the pickup for U-Haul was super easy but dropping off the U-Haul was far from it i had to change my location twice and they charged me for extra gas that didn’t use and charged me for a cleaning fee of 25$ whenever i got the van dirty and the rear of the van was already dirty as well with dirt I had to clean it out myself but I didn’t come and try to charge y’all for cleaning but yall will most certainly charge my card on file for it and there was a left over DP can in the floorboard I left it because it wasn’t mine but if I would have known I was going to be charged 37$ fee I would have cleaned it up myself
