James GI would recommend this location to a friend but it wouldn’t be for u haul because the pickup for U-Haul was super easy but dropping off the U-Haul was far from it i had to change my location twice and they charged me for extra gas that didn’t use and charged me for a cleaning fee of 25$ whenever i got the van dirty and the rear of the van was already dirty as well with dirt I had to clean it out myself but I didn’t come and try to charge y’all for cleaning but yall will most certainly charge my card on file for it and there was a left over DP can in the floorboard I left it because it wasn’t mine but if I would have known I was going to be charged 37$ fee I would have cleaned it up myself
Dylan WGet personnel to answer the phone. Fix your damn phone system. Get your trailer inspected. These trailers are not safe and will cause the customer heart-ache and expense.
