The lady at the front desk was very kind and polite. I didn’t have a drop- off reservation because I had a choice of two locations to drop off my trailer, but she knew exactly what to do to find my information so I could return the equipment. I was in and out very quickly. The gentleman that helped us, by directing us where to park the trailer, was very patient and had the trailer unhooked with expertise. He let me check the inside of the trailer one last time to set my mind at ease that all my belongings were taken out. Thanks to these employees for making this transaction smooth.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWould have been nice to have a bit more in-person assistance when picking up. You have to use the website/app to reserve, and cell service is not great in this location, took a long time to sort out and get on the way. Very friendly and a good spot to pick up
