There was dirt in the truck. The employee told me the truck was full of gas, but I bought 3 gallons of gas after only going 5 miles. While he compensated some, it still feels like I paid more than my share, and it erodes trust.

Then when I checked the truck in online, it made us drive 15 miles away to a drop off location when there was one less than 5 miles ways. So therefore, I had to pay more in gas and miles. Your non human check in and out for a truck is not very good customer service. I will avoid using Uhal again.

Zachary HNot overcharge. When it asked if I agreed to total i said no, and gave me the option to write why. I wrote because I turned it in 2 hours after. On a Sunday where everything is closed. And it replied that a member of uhaul will be contacting me on a business day. Nobody contacted me but of course uhaul pulled my money out anyway. Went to the location and try to get my money back, guy was really nice but since it was turned in on a sundaya and on the app, he couldn’t do anything.
MIGUEL HI was missing all 20 blankets I ordered and there was not a furniture dolly in the truck. No I wouldn’t recommend this store.

BRENT AThe service and trailer were great. The only thing I would suggest is get better chain hooks on your safety chains on your trailers. They don’t match up well with some trucks which makes it difficult to attached the safety chains.

I was INFORMED I could pick the equipment at a location 12 MILES from my home city, but instead I had to drive an hour to another location to pick up the equipment. STOP TELLING people they can pick up at a location only to learn they have to go somewhere else. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

Anne RConstruction around the property made it difficult to get in to return the truck. When we did get in, the person working at the location couldn't find our reservation. I showed him my receipt with the location on it. He called U-Haul and they had evidently changed the return location. I don't recall getting any notification from U-Haul that we had a different drop-off location. The person at the drop-off location got it figured out and we on our way.

Mike MWas told one thing by your guys at the store and figured out something else when on the phone with u-haul. Used the trailer for one day and was charged for two. Was told it was alright if I left the trailer at store after hours, was Not told there would be a “after hours” charge, and was charged $20 extra. Was told I could find the link to return the trailer on the email, found out later you have to go onto the website to check the trailer back in. Real rinkeydink operation. Was charge $75 instead of the $27 it should have been. We’ll see if I get a refund or not. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Beware of misleading or wrong information that costs you money.
