Truck had spilled drinks dried in cupholder. Also some charges were I think overcharged like 4 gallons and all I miles total was 16 miles?

Location was great, clean and new looking. Staff member was great as well. Line of people first thing this morning and started checking them in before actual opening time. Thank you for that. The equipment, that's a different story. Fuel was just 3/10's so we had to put gas in just to make sure we had enough. Once the move was done, stopped to top the gas back to at least back to where the gas was, and then it wouldn't start. Dead battery. Just what you need on top of moving.
William LDollies were not in truck as they should have been, really messed up our flow and timing for our move. App check in had us running back and forth to find the truck, then back to get the keys then back to the truck.
