Louis MI had to wait for the staff since he was out on the property. But I had to call him several times to get him to come back. He didn't know where the truck was and didn't have my dolly ready. The process took longer than it should have.

Debbie TRented for two days originally because of business hours but when I picked it up was told if I returned it early I would only be charged for the one day I needed it. It was returned within the one day period but when I received my receipt, electronically, I was charged the full two days. Went to where I rented it and to them and was told he had to talk to his boss and have him look into it.
