All went well. Checkout process was quick. Location was clean and personnel were friendly. Online process for checking in a vehicle went well this time. Last time it was tougher. When we got to picture 4 (rear with door open) we realized we had forgotten the dollys so we had to go back and get them. It then took several attempts to get the pictures done for the other parts. If something like that happens I suggest starting over instead of trying to pick up where you left off. There must be some sort of timing mechanism for the pictures that gets out of whack when there is a delay between pictures.

I am very very upset they are supposed to be opened until 5 on Saturdays and they were gone by 3 or so… because I dropped of the trailer about 315 and no one was in the office it was all locked up I then came back at 4 to see if maybe they were at lunch or something and the doors were still locked up so I called them informing I returned the trailer and then called again to inform times since I didn’t mention times on the first call and then I got the receipt and I got an after hours late fee and then I was looking at my bank I was charged even more than what was on the late fee I am livid I am going into the store in the morning to find out why I fight the charge wish me luck
Eliza PThe whole online pickup experience was absolutely ridiculous! Myself and another customer showed up at the same time and both of us had a very difficult experience. I don't know if the app was glitching of something but what a joke. First of all it took a good fifteen minutes to even get the app to work, then having to retake pictures again of myself and drivers license was quite irritating, along with other info requirements. I don't understand why these things could not have been done prior to pickup. Then after finally getting that stuff done, fighting to get the worn out lock on the lockbox open was really frustrating. The amount of force I had to use to get that lock open was a joke, i don't know if a women would have been able to open it.... Then to top it all off garbage in the car of the truck!?!? Seriously? I definitely did not have a good experience!
Jason WThey told us to drop off vehicle in any u-haul location then turn back around to charge us $190 for dropping it off in different location. I think they should make it clear for those who come to rent.
