JOHN CMade reservation to pick up on Sunday morning. Could not complete online. First call to U-Haul had them telling me to go into counter at 9. The business was closed Sundays while U-Haul saying they were open 9-1. Had to call multiple times to find solution.
JON RThe check in afterhours does not work as seamlessly as it could. The QR code does not take you directly to where the check-in process in initiated. Returning the car hauler was easy up until the AP. I stood there in the rain, 3 separate times, after taking the 4 required pictures only to find an error each time telling me that 2 to 3 of the pictures did not upload correctly. I finally had to take pictures on my phone and call and leave a message, hoping that I would not be charged the fee for NOT returning it correctly or on time. I returned it 7 hours after I rented it. I still have not heard back from anyone.
DAVID PNate was excellent to work with at this location. The other customer service phone numbers leave a lot to be desired.
KURT WI feel that they experience could not have gone any better. The needed information on my vehicle and what I was towing was gathered quickly, and I was able to get where I needed to go and retrieve my vehicle and get the trailer back quickly. Everything went very well on check out and check in.

MICHAEL LThe original vehicle had issues, the doors didn't seal properly. I returned to the rental location and received a newer vehicle that worked great.
MICHAEL PThis isn’t for this location specifically but UHaul in general. If you have to switch locations after truck availability changes after I booked it, I shouldn’t have to pay the extra driving distance. I had to pay an extra $25-30 because of a location switch that I didn’t request. That should be discounted. That should be easy enough to do.

SALVATORE MThe guy who checked us in was so incredibly rude, gave us a truck that had damage that caused issues when it was driven, and threw the bags of furniture pads at our feet when we went to get them. I cannot express how fucking rude and unprepared this man was.
Kaitlyn MI dropped the equipment off after hours so I did not talk with any staff.
SCOTT MTruck was parked in the back in the far corner while there was a whole row up front. I was then also charged $20 for returning it after hours when I specifically asked if it would cost me and was told no. Communication at this location is below expectation.

Robert LI got the movers by the hour third party that U-Haul recommended and they never showed up and I never got my refund. I’m actually very angry about it.

MICHAEL RThe location was changed without notification, and while the location was clean, the inside of the truck was slimey and covered in some sort of grease. ALL 26 FEET OF IT! We cleaned it out once at the beginning and again at the end but not before I slipped down the ramp because of it. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLEANED BEFORE WE PICKED IT UP!

DUSTYN HThere was dirt in the truck. The employee told me the truck was full of gas, but I bought 3 gallons of gas after only going 5 miles. While he compensated some, it still feels like I paid more than my share, and it erodes trust.

DAVID BThe truck was not swept out and had broken glass in it. I was also charged an after hour service fee even though I returned it on time. I was never notified on that.

Rachelle AFirst they changed my pick up location, then I had to drive further. Then when I checked the truck in online, it made us drive 15 miles away to a drop off location when there was one less than 5 miles ways. So therefore, I had to pay more in gas and miles. Your non human check in and out for a truck is not very good customer service. I will avoid using Uhal again.

Zachary HNot overcharge. When it asked if I agreed to total i said no, and gave me the option to write why. I wrote because I turned it in 2 hours after. On a Sunday where everything is closed. And it replied that a member of uhaul will be contacting me on a business day. Nobody contacted me but of course uhaul pulled my money out anyway. Went to the location and try to get my money back, guy was really nice but since it was turned in on a sundaya and on the app, he couldn’t do anything.
MIGUEL HI was missing all 20 blankets I ordered and there was not a furniture dolly in the truck. No I wouldn’t recommend this store.

ROMER N#1 difficult to get help do to hrs and weekends #2 paid for a furniture dolly and did not get one This made my move very difficult and painful. PRO; two individuals I met in office were very nice and helpful. Mileage cost reasonable as well as gas fill up
