Kelly MBen at the pick-up location was very helpful; however, the reason I didn't give excellent or above average is: 1. there was no dolly (was ordered) & we ended buying a dolly from Ben. 2. Ben's internet server was s-l-o-w, causing delay/long wait time & retaking photos twice; 3. At drop-off time, found out the $12 dolly charge wasn't removed. 4. Too many texts & phone calls from U-haul employees b4 rental pick-up. Prob won't rent u-haul again, but might change my mind.
