I would give this location a "5" except that the amount of trucks to choose from was very limited. This location is not your average U-Hual store but is a privately owned consignment shop that rents U-Haul trucks on the side. It was definitely more personalable, though. The owner was very friendly, helpful, and flexible making the process super quick & easy. He made sure we were well informed of all the details. Customer service goes a long way, in my book!
