The person at This and That did a great job getting me a truck and trailer since the rental before was late in returning the equipment. Unfortunately he did nothing to prep the truck or trailer. The truck was dirty inside the cab and in the container. I had to mop the floor of the container. It was covered with grease or oil and had numerous bolts and screw throughout. The cab floor was dirty and I had to clean it as well. The auto trailer was in terrible shape. Dirty, damaged and had a bad tire. I had to fill it with air twice on my trip. Come to find out it had a broken band that the check in person in Englewood caught. This and That did take time to show me how to load the trailer and gave me Val info on strapping down the car. Luckily I had to load the car at the Lake Ozark U-Haul. They were fantastic.
