Twice since February, I have rented from this location, both times requesting furniture pads. The location had no furniture pads either time. When a customer requests to rent furniture pads, they should always be available at the rental location.Edward L.

Terrible customer service. We had to wait an hour to pick up the trailer because no one would come to the office to even help. The trailer was parked in a mud puddle, and there was no adapter for the lights. So irritating. Definitely will never rent from here ever again.Stacie T.

I paid with a debit card and was deducted $130 when I was told and had a receipt for $57John D.
I booked a truck earlier in the week and it was confirmed that my truck was at my pick up location. So I go to pick up the truck and they have lost the keys to the truck after I had been waiting for an hour. Also ordered 12 moving blankets to go with the truck and they had me one. The pick up location was at the Grove Hill C-store and then they tell me that I can go pick up the same truck at Thomasville Tire. This new location was 30miles in the opposite direction of which I needed to go. But thank you Thomasville Tire for making it right for me.Tyler T.

My biggest issue was the time delay due to system failure. The guy who assisted me was as helpful as he could possibly be in a situation such as that. The truck was a bit muddy, but I'm not making a big issue about that because I know there's been a lot of rain occurring. There needs to be an alternative in place just in case the system is down. The system failure wasn't the fault of the location but the overall U-Haul system. If the guy wasn't so friendly and trying his best to help me, then I would've been extremely upset because it was putting me behind schedule. I didn't like the idea of being asked to take photos of my personal information to text to a number. However, I understand they were trying to help me out in the long run and I'm glad because I had already traveled a good distance to handle business. I appreciate him, but I feel that U-Haul's lack of alternatives was making his job harder than what it had to be.Su'Kova H.

I recommend that u-haul provide its customer with a printable detail step by step on how to pick up and drop off their truck with the customer smart phone. I know you can go to the web site and follow there, but I feel it would be a lot easier to print the instructions out and read over them first.Aneatha M.

Rental location was Demopolis, AL. They had no units and had to drive my personal vehicle 70 miles round trip to Thomasville, AL to pick up a unit. Very time consuming and costly yo me. Will not use U-Haul ever again.LARRY H.

The trailer leaked in several areas. on our way back it rained all day Sunday and Monday(momorial day). My supplies and products and equipment got wet. So did my luggage and the other 3 peoples belongiggs that were with me. I would like my rental fee returned please. I spoke with a supervisor and she told me I had to do this survey and wait for someone to contact me or dial 1-800-uhaul. Your lines are busy and I'm on hold for long periods of time and then switch from one person to another AND have to start all over again. On another note uhaul rented my original reservation in selma alabama to some one else witch caused me to end up with this leaking trailer in another town oopisite directions of where I needed to go. SO inconvience.And I have an email that said my reservation was garanteed at the selma location. And I was not suppose to pay for the extra day of picking it up early do to the fact uhaul inconvienced me by sending me in the opposite direction 50 miles to another city. I checked the location in selma and the trailer reserved for me was still there up to the day I left town. I would like a full refund please.
