This site was great, BUT we had terrible experiences with the Coffeeville, AL, location and the Grove Hill, AL, location. Our trip was delayed by THREE hours because the Coffeeville location where my reservation was made did not have the equipment I reserved and the Grove Hill location where we were sent next was locked with a padlock and they did not respond to my calls. I had to call the U Haul 800 number (which was very helpful) and then drive an hour out of the way to finally get our dolly at Hwy 10 Petro. Overall, we had a HORRIBLE experience.
