Sue FVery nice people to work with. Facility was average. The 10 foot truck I rented was functional but the check engine light was on and the drivers side door would not close tightly. None of that affected my objective though. The price was fair and I would definitely use them again
MICHAEL Tthe online checkin process was a little difficult with the image scanning process. Was missing an appliance dolly when we arrived before opening. Waited for a staff member to come and they got the dolly quickly for us.
monica cFix the front bumper on the truck and the check engine light. Also, I got charged an extra day even though I returned it the night I was supposed to.the garage was closed when we brought it back and wasn't checked till the following morning so we were charged. Not our fault!
ELIZABETH DWe arrived 4 minutes after the hour grace period due to the moving helpers we had pushing the start time back to 8:30 instead of 7:30. Being “late” messed up the truck PICK UP in the app so we were stuck. Calling the help number led to being transferred to the “verification” or “truck care” number which put us on hold until some computer voice said that we needed to call back and try again. Went through the same thing again a second time. We finally called the wonderful owner of Thomason’s Garage who drove over and helped us. This was Sunday and they aren’t open on Sunday. While that was going on (with my husband) I called the help line and begged not to be transferred to the truck care yet again. She helped and explained that being late messed up the app even if it was only by minutes. She updated the time and I think we would’ve been able to get the truck picked up if we had continued but by then the owner had arrived so she handled everything. All in all we arrived at 8;04 and finally drove away in the truck at 9:25.

HONGTAO YThe mobile check-in in process is a nightmare- how can I pick up a van at 6 am and someone is going to try and call my employer? There is a better way.
