Tom MWe got a call the morning of the pick up telling us the place we were supposed to pick up the truck had the truck but it had a flat tire and no one to fix it.(unacceptable).so even though we received a extra day at no charge (which we didn’t use) we had to go a hour out of our way to pick up the truck (2 hours round trip). Not the way I wanted to start the day! This was no way any fault of Thompsons garage. That’s where U-Haul sent me to get a truck with out a flat tire and.
