Yes I would recommend them they are kind they go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need and explain everything that the people don't on the phone when you rent the truck. Drop off was pretty easy … used the U-Haul app as the drop off location was closed for Memorial Day weekend. There were not a lot of parking spaces however & backing the trailer in the tight space took a few attempts with Hwy 103 traffic!
