Uhaul is awful! I didn’t get the right truck the app didn’t work the website didn’t work for me or the store clerk. I spent 2 hours trying to pick up the uhaul. It cost me $200 for movers that had to wait 2 and 1/2 hours for me to pickup the uhaul.
