DANIELLE MLady who helped us was forgetful, not informative, not nice or helpful. She provised us incorrext information and acted like she didnt tell us what she did say, while she had customers in feont of her. The TV is extremely.loud and she is not truthful.

A CThis is the worst experience I’ve ever had with U-Haul, my pickup location was changed the day before and I was told it was only 4 miles from the original. It was 15 miles away and so far out of the way to go to it took 25 minutes to get there the. We get there the store says they open at 10 on the door and it’s closed. I call the number for U-Haul and they tell me the store changed my pick up time from 10 am to 5:30 pm WITHOUT TELLING ME OR ANYTHING!!!! And on the phone they tried to tell me I actually had to wait until then because the store doesn’t open until 2 …. I finally got the person to relocate me and I said I need it to be in Summerfield. My original pick up was meant to be belleview then they changed it to ocala?? Even though I said I need close to Summerfield & belleview. So they changed this 3rd location to belleview saying it was right in between Summerfield and belleview no it wasn’t it was all the way almost to the belleview exit near 75. Then the paperwork for the truck said it needed to be filled up 3/8 for gas and that I need to return it as I got it but I got it with less than a quarter tank Left??? And then I was told the limit for a one way trip is 60 miles but I had to drive all over to even get the truck and had to back track to my original location after getting the truck to load it. I’ve called twice to speak to someone but i had to sit on hold for about 20 minutes.

Belinda GLady at the desk was rude. Man there took over and was very nice and easy to work with. They did not check the running lights. Running lights did not work which we found out after dark
CARL SI only rent a small trailer for two hours for $24 and they charge me $112 and I’ve been calling since then to refund the amount they refuse to do so
Guetler DDropped off trailer after hours. Plenty of room to park it with easy pull through access. No issues.

AUSBERTO DOwner was very rude and didn't provide me with the proper equipment that I paid for. Would highly recommend not letting them rent your equipment anymore.
Daniel GWell the receipt I received wasn't for my transaction, the staff was rude and argumentative about a refund I was supposed to get back stating "I don't know anything about that maybe you should check your contract."

Richard WGet rid of that unprofessional cashier, she didn't know anything about uhaul technology, she blamed the customer inline infront of me of being rude and ignorant. He was neither, she was impatient, rude and very arrogant. She phoned the police on me for a paperwork screw up she made. I was over 1.5 hours picking up a trailer with a reservation. She and an employee inspected the hookup, my vehicle, tested the lights and gave me a contact and said we were done. I stopped at the end of their driveway to check my GPS and the male employee came out to the spot I stopped to tell me I needed a contact, which she had already came to my and checked my contract and said I could go. Then the police call my cell asking me to bring back the stolen trailer, she never called me or made any attempt to verify I had a signed contact. I have been a customer of uhaul for over 30 years and rented many units. NEVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED SO POORLY BY A UHAUL Representative. James KI spent over 90 minutes trying to get my trailer because I am 79 and wasn't familiar with the phone app and neither was the lady owner of this store. She said she was not familiar with my phone when it didn't matter what kind of phone I had as the procedure on the app would be the same. She only knew the QR code had to be scanned and I had to send her my picture and picture of front and back of license. She could have helped me if she knew the procedures on the app. Anyway this was a very frustrating experience for me and took all this time for me to finally figure out the procedure.
Robert DI will never be back, the woman at the counter should not be allowed to be in customer service. I understand she has been a uhaul retailer for 50 years but she is no longer capable of basic communication.

JOHN ETerrible customer service. Seemed like they were being difficult. My son picked up as alternative driver. It was critical for us to have this trailer to move. Said they couldn't give him trailer because system wasn't working and they couldn't get his driver license. He offered to send a download...they said no. Another rep came up and got it. Then said his truck was too tall. We have rented at different location gor 3 weekends and not a problem. I put my debit card on file for payment so my son didn't have to. She would not use it. Said he had to pay NOW to take it. I think it was the owner...beyond rude. Time consuming so we lost loading time. Will never rent from there again. If this was our first experience with Uhaul....we would never use your company again.
chris RPerson needs to retire. Doesn't think clearly. Keeps repeating the same questions over and over. Takes way too long to process paperwork and get the customer on the road. Not very friendly and treats customer like there business is not appreciated. If you ask a question, they rudely reply: "I been doing this for 40 years." I will not rent from them again!

Cassandra KHave someone fill in for lunch duty. Having to wait an hour for someone to get back from lunch can be excruciating when you don’t have a lot of time. Have a checklist of the information the customer will need on the hitch and ball.. also have those items available to rent in the event that their equipment does not comply., after all you are in the rental business. I’m not saying I would never go back to this location , but it would be my very last choice.. Besids all the these issues, the service was HORRIFIC! Took forever to check in and check out .

DOMINGO GUHaul cost me over $200 because of their inept capabilities of the entire process and experience I had! I will be calling corporate! Horrible horrible experience! The facility I picked it up was more than accommodating it was U-Haul in general that made my experience the worst ever and very costly! I will be seeking reimbursement

Richard MThis was the worst experience I've ever had. The old lady trying to enter data in the computer had nothing but problems and I had to constantly repeat myself. After 3 attempts send me a link to enter a drivers license photo, she said she didn't know how to do it any other way. After an excruciating wait, she finally figured it out and entered the info manually. The time was roughly 9:10 AM. When ask what time I intended to return the trailer, I told her between 9:30 and 10:00 AM the next day which was confirmed by an employee. I arrived at 9:35 the next day to return the trailer and was charged an additional $54.95 because I was 25 minutes past the 9:10 time on the contract after specifically telling her I would return it between 9:30 and 10:00. If she was going to use my arrival time the day before as a return time, then why ask me for a return time? As far as I'm concerned, I return the trailer exactly when I said I would. I'm hoping that after reading this review, U-Haul will contact me to discuss the situation and reverse that $54.95 charge. Additionally, I intend to dispute the charge with my credit card company and if I do not receive satisfaction, I intend to post my experience all over social media. David MGreat service. Was my first time renting a Uhaul. Owner explained everything to me reserved the truck. I went back the day before I needed truck because they are closed on Sunday..I ended up using the truck and finished my move the same day..took the truck back and dropped off the key in a key box.. I had a good experience with then..I recommend this place

ALLAN ROn 7 October 2023, it was very difficult for the attendant to process all the required documents for both rental pickup and return. Not sure if entire system was having problems or that specific location needed system upgrade.

DOUGLAS SHave the description match the equipment. I rented a 6 foot wide trailer to haul a mower to the shop. While I was finishing the paperwork the trailer was hooked up for me. I made the assumption that 6 feet wide meant just that. Well the design of the trailer sides has the back corners turned in providing only 5 feet of clearance which my mower would not fit through. I returned the trailer unable to use it and charged the full price because I took it off the property. Not happy to say the least!
