My original pick up location was the Silver and Gold Exchange in Sparta, WI. When I arrived for my scheduled pick up the location was closed. This resulted in more mileage and put me behind. I heard this is not unusual at that location. Three Brothers Bat Company saved the day. The Gold and Silver Exchange shouldn’t be renting UHaul. Their participation seems to result in a poor customer experience for some and costs UHaul money.
