The contact at the site went above and beyond to help me secure a truck with him when we were contacted by uhaul with less than 24 hours notice that a different truck we reserved at a different site was no longer available. Uhaul suggested a truck more than an hour away as a alternative. The truck we found at this site was only 10 minutes from our move, Uhaul was no help with this after canceling our original reserved truck. We made several last minute phone calls to secure our own truck.
