Wow Great service best UHaul location I have been to so clean the office and the truck the Manager Janet was great very nice and knlowgleable and fast I was in and out no problems and returning was a breeze I will definitely be coming back to this location for all my U-Haul needs and there storage look great to I know were I am coming if I ever need one thanks Janet!
JAKHI RPlease just make sure the truck is clean before renting it. We had to mop the inside of the truck bc there was a foul odor and leak of some type of food from a cooler or something of sort. We submitted pic when we cleaned it when we opened the truck for the first time when rented.
Mike PGreat customer service I was an hour late due to traffic but manager in the office was so kind and took care of me she even waited for me to come back with the dolly that I left at home I was stressed due to all the moving I just did and the travel but she made this feel a whole lot better beautiful office nice and clean very inviting thank Janet i will be using you again for all my UHaul needs

ROBERTO RThis location offer very poor service. Thay never answer there phone. I rented blankets for a move and when returning I tried Calling to get directions as I had misplaced my receipt. No one answered so by the time I was home to get the receipt they were closed. So I brought them back the next day and was charged for two extra day because I was one hour late

ELAINE DThe woman working the counter at pick up was defensive and argumentative when I asked a question about my reservation that I placed online - “I didn’t make the reservation!” I didn’t say you did ma’am, I was trying to ask a question. The truck was parked with the driver side flush against a chainlink fence, forcing me to climb into the cab through the passenger side. Would not recommend this site for anything.
Tiffany KVery friendly I was in and out of the facility in less than 10 minutes, very organized and they know what they’re doing. I think the young ladies name was Janet. I will rent from you again thank you so much for the excellent service Mike Pritchett.

Woody MThe truck was very difficult to get our and back in. There were less than 6 inches on either side of the truck when bringing it back. Facility also failed to mention that the gate would lock at 9pm. I ended up getting myself and my car locked in the facility after dropping it off around 8:45. The truck itself was clean and taken care of.

Charles CUnfortunately the pickup location was not what I booked and while they attempted to help me change the pickup time, the UHaul app didn't allow me to get it early. The check in attendant was annoyed and frustrated.

Richard AThe person we dealt with was rude on the phone as well as in person. When talking to her the morning of pu she informed us that she almost gave our truck away because we had not been there at 8 am . The original pu was 9ish am or so after they opened but changed to 8am so we could pu a little early but we would have had to download an app to pu. We realized we could pu later after they opened so we would to have had to figure out the app etc which would have been difficult for us. We were not told we would lose the truck if not picked up at 8. And when my husband went to the wrong place because that had been changed by uhaul, she was not happy about that on the phone. And when he went in with a friend she gave the friend a stare down for some reason which seemed rude. The worst part was when the movers were about 2 hours late because the owner sent them to the wrong place which he admitted. My 66 year old husband had to lift heavy furniture which he should not have had to do . They were the "ABSOLUTELY BEST MOVERS " COMPANY OWNED BY TOM, and on top of everything I talked to a uhaul rep a day or so afterwards and I was supposed to get a phone call from a rep by last Wednesday which did not happen. So yes not a good experience and a partial refund would be appreciated.
Timothy PI had to drive 2 hours to pick up this unit. I thought was going to be in Sarasota just down the road so this was very inconvenient and we ended up with a larger unit than we expected.

James GProvide the customer with a return receipt for property returned in good condition before they leave the premises. A promise of an email confirmation of return is of no value if it is not in the customer's hand prior to them leaving the store.

Denis PYour website is hit or miss whether or not it is working correctly. Very glitchy. If you are going to a completely automated rental system you'll need to fix that first. Otherwise you will lose a lot of business simply because people will give up on your website.

TARAS GFront desk lady was very rude telling me it was closed at 12:50 when it clearly states 1pm. Tried speaking with the younger lady who was pleasant and the other lady just kept butting in. She’s unprofessional and i wouldn’t want her working my front desk anywhere.
Tyler HTrailer had new tires and all the lights worked. Travelled 2600km without any issues. Rental process was efficient and the staff looked over the trailer to help us have a safe journey.
john nThe location was great, they were very polite and helpful. The truck on the other hand was NOT so great. I ran into rain in Tenn and several of my boxes i had up in the moms attic section got very wet. It has a leak in the top corner. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THAT!!

The lady (I can’t remember her name but she was in her mid 70s and had moved to Florida from, I believe, it was Long Island )who opened the store at the desk was the best. She knew her business, was very friendly, patient and made the entire experience of renting a truck from your business a pleasure. Thank her again for us and as a sidenote, the trip went great, the move is complete.
