I honestly forgot the wonderful ladies name. She was super helpful. Uhaul didn’t put any notes in after multiple calls and she really turned a horrible experience around by being so helpful. God bless her. She was amazing.
Samantha BThe lady called to have the truck returned. Do to all of the pickup confusion the drop off times were also messed up. This lady was just plain rude.
PAUL DWorst experience I've ever had will not be using u haul again. Arrived at equipment pickup location. Went through the whole process with ID and payment. Went to truck unlocked pad lock on back to find no ignition key and no furniture dolly. Called the number to get assistance 4 times and each time was hung up on. After an hour sitting by the truck come to find out the place forgot to leave the keys in truck. Had to go to another location for truck and dolly. Had to go through the whole process again 45 min later finally got a truck. An hour and 45 min ruined my schedule. Then i was supposed to transport a 4×8 trailer for uhaul and was told i had to buy insurance in order to do them a favor. Was a terrible experience. Will not use again.
