The drop off at this location was perfect. The girl met me outside while I was pulling in and she made the process of returning the truck very quick & efficient.RONALD V.
The only issue I had was contacting U-haul to find a place to turn the U-haul in...there was a 20 minute wait on the phone...after finally getting in touch with someone, she was super friendly but the wait on the phone of 20 minutes needs improvement!Jimmy H.

Im not sure if it is their fault or not but I do the SAKE EXACT tow nearly every 2 weeks and so far is has increased price everytime, but all of a sudden now it has even gone up more I have receipts in hand I can send that show my invoices being 155.99 then im being charged over 500 for the same exact tow. I mean that's food from my families mouth and 3 hauls for me that I now can't do. I really need to speak to someone about this matter, as a disabled vet and once a month income this really really hit us as a family, and we aren't sure why we got charged so much Gansterrace@yahoo.com 9414451336RACE G.

Office locked during office hours. I explained the fuel situation to the person that showed up at door and I still got charged $27 for fuel when I delivered truck with same fuel level. I mentioned that truck mechanical situation is bad. I had a VERY scary drive. Truck seemed out of alignment or something worse.Nader T.

We had to move the trailer ourselves to be able to put it on our truck. The outside was dirty and inside as well. We ended up with smudge on our furniture. Not a good experience at all.joseph B.
Staff was friendly and great to work with. Easy access. Had to fill windshield washer fluid. AC was excellent. Just an FYI - Cruise control would have made it nicer across interstate travel but it was easy enough to drive our 15 footer.miles A.
The information I received was incomplete and misleading. I had not idea that it was going to cost me about $200 for only one day. I was disappointed about the long wait in the office-the computers were not working and the lady/employee was having a very hard time (it wasn't her fault) . The return/drop off process was very complicated. I had to call the number and have a customer service person stay on the line with me for 20 min helping and guiding me. I feel like I wasted a lot of time and money renting the U Haul. I won't be recommending or using UHaul for a long time.Silvie W.

Please make sure the vehicle is clean before renting it out.JAMES F.
Gas gauge was not functioning properly. Explained to the clerk that it was bouncing around and needed to be checked out. I only went a grand total of 12 miles and put in over two gallons of gas in. I was charged over $12 in additional fuel charges. This was after renting a same size unit at a specific location close to where we needed only to find out that they'd sent us to this dealer with no notice. I would not recommend using U-Haul period.MICHAEL M.

Nothing as far as I'm concerned. Maryann was delightful and very knowledgeable of her job. Most of all you had the vehicle that I wanted to rent after calling several U-Haul centers this location was the only one that had the 9-foot van.LOUISE R.

The "return website" didn't work properly, which made the return process a little stressful, but it all worked out in the end. Perhaps U-Haul needs a dedicated app instead of just a website but, all in all, everything worked out. Janet and her assistant manager at the Tamiami Trail location were wonderful, and everything ended up working out according to the original plan. We had a 9:15 appointment Saturday and arrived at 9 a.m. Doors were locked and another customer was already waiting. By 9:25 there were four customers waiting. FINALLY, at 9:30 a young lady opens the door says sorry it's a little late and begins to serve the first customer. We got our truck with computer work completed at 10:10, an hour after our appointment time.susan C.
The young lady that was at this location was wonderful. I couldn't find a 10ftt uhaul in my area so i called this location. she had the truck but didn't have the auto transport. she arranged to have the auto transport at her location making the whole process easy. Thanks for everything,MICHAEL M.

I was not made aware that I was being charged a $70 fee for insurance. If you are insured by State Farm then your insurance will cover a Uhaul rental truck. However, I didn't notice it until after I left with the truck. Once you leave the premises you are stuck with paying the insurance fee.RONALD C.
