The truck was quite dirty inside when it was picked up. The back door was nearly impossible to open or close. It took two of us to pull the door down.

Nothing really service was excellent!!!
lovells tMore space for parking would be great. We struggled to find where to park the truck. But the uhaul key box was well labelled and easy to find so that was excellent! The area was also well lit. We did not interact with any personnel inside the building as they were closed. Drop off app was easy to use. Uhaul customer service (phone call) was great at helping me confirm pick up location and that we could drop off early!
JASON RFix the lockbox and hire helpful customer service agents. In-store experience was okay, the online service was a nightmare.
YEUKAI KFriendly. These were two of the people that I saw and talked to during my U-Haul experience. All the people I talk to and it might have been half a dozen over the course of time. We're uniformly excellent. What is not excellent is your app, which, frankly even one of the people I dealt with at U-Haul told me in her words, sucked. Sucked. And I found the same thing. A simple thing like extend my rental for a day. I clicked and nothing happened so that's why I had to end up talking to so many people. You might want to consider investing your money in your people and not trying to save money and put it on an app that doesn't work

Terry LCouldn’t find anyone to figure out where they wanted us to drop the trailer. Mid day. So we dropped the trailer and hoped for the best. There was also no place to back it with a trailer safely.

HEATHER JRenting from U-Haul is perfect for my company , this weekend I had a bad experience with my rental , I had the van rent for a day Nov23/24 until 4.30 that evening , between 10.00 AM TO 4.00PM another customer who had the van rented later that day started phoning my cell , my wife's cell and 4 other people that work for me their cell's , my problem is I don't know this person , I don't know how he acquired our cell phone #'s and I think I should be conversated for a portion of this invoice for the aggravation that the customer caused me for that day. Thanks

aaron mI would NEVER recommend U-Haul. I had NO idea that I would have such an absolute terrible experience. Booked online and then showed up and was told no truck available. We travelled from Nova Scotia to Newfoundland to live my elderly mother and was told no truck was available!!!! Then was told we had to drive an hour away to get a truck. Only to find out when we were 20 minutes away that they didn’t have a truck for us. Spent the ENTIRE day making phone calls and being stranded in Corner Brook to have to fight for a truck. The operator at the Maple Valley location, Craig, was extremely rude and didn’t care one ounce about our situation. I had to communicate through Eric in traffics. Thank god for Eric. Then we finally get a truck at almost 5 pm, at the Maple Valley location (when they were closing) and Craig tells us on the way out the door that the truck (we booked a 20’ and got stuck with a 26’, which was more expensive to run, cross the ferry, etc) was used to transport LOBSTER!!! It was not cleaned AT ALL and had a horrid smell and was absolutely filthy. THIS is what we were stuck with! We were then stuck and had to take this truck and clean the entire back out ourselves with bleach because it smelled so so horrid of rotted fish juice!!!! Which didn’t even get rid of the smell but merely toned it down slightly. I’m absolutely disgusted with our experience and would never recommend or use U-Haul again.

Morgan JUhaul truck was filthy. The back of the truck was full of dirt, soil and pieces of garbage. Had to sweep it out myself. Pepsi can left in the front.

I recieved my unit dirty and filled with the last user's furniture pads, which I bagged and left in your unit for you to dispose of as this is not my issue. I had to sweep the copious amount if dirt out of the unit before I could use it. I was given this unit with a flat tire as well! I had to fill the tire before going about my day.

Ashish BI received the truck and didn’t check the back. Took it to get my furniture and then discovered the back hold was filthy dirty with wood chips and mud. I had to leave and get a broom to sweep it out (and it still wasn’t clean). Some of my furniture got dirty at the bottom. I called about the dirty condition oh the truck immediately and was told he didn’t have time to check the back before he gave it to me and said thanks for the info. I still would recommend the location because he was super friendly and nice.

Elizabeth HUpon picking up the truck, there was a man sitting in the driver's seat. I retrieved the key from the box and headed to the truck. The man would not exit the truck until I proved the key was for that truck. Once proven he got out with a bottle of some booze and walked away. He was homeless. I assume the truck was left unlocked which we later realized it was left like that because you can't unlock the driver side door with the key. It doesn't work. After a long night of loading the truck we then could not get the back door to close. It kept getting stuck in the track on the way down. After about 20 minutes we got it down. I've rented from this location many times and have never had an issue so I'm chalking this up to just a one off experience, I hope.
