Friendly. These were two of the people that I saw and talked to during my U-Haul experience. All the people I talk to and it might have been half a dozen over the course of time. We're uniformly excellent. What is not excellent is your app, which, frankly even one of the people I dealt with at U-Haul told me in her words, sucked. Sucked. And I found the same thing. A simple thing like extend my rental for a day. I clicked and nothing happened so that's why I had to end up talking to so many people. You might want to consider investing your money in your people and not trying to save money and put it on an app that doesn't work
