I'll never rent from uHaul again. Fucking terrible experience. Booking took 6 phone calls to get it close enough to correct. Was still wrong. Vehicle was filthy, which I don't care, but you asked and it was. Booking was still wrong, I only booked for two but my booking said 3. Guy at counter said no problem, we'll only charge for what you use. I used 2, got charged for 3. Gas level was just below 3/4 when I started, I put it back at same level. I was charged for extra gas. I have photos showing the same. Was charged for 6L. Between the overages, I paid an extra $75. I'm so sick of uHaul, I don't even want to fight over the money. I'm just going to make sure I tell every person I ask about what a piece of shit experience that was. Fuck your shitty company, systems and "customer service" people. You want to fix this? You have my info. $75 in overages returned to me with an apology. Call and let me know how you're fixing it. If not, fuck yourself and have fun doing it.

Boyd HThe amount of gas in the tank was 5/8 full but on the contract it said it was 7/8 full. I had an issue when I dropped it off in Clarenville and I was charged an extra $100 for gas even though I had a time stamped photo from 6 minutes after the contract was printed. I did call this location and the lady said that should've been adjusted on their end beforehand, so I would suggest checking the fuel levels are correct before leaving the lot.
